Very nice and clean resort with beautiful decor, lovely pools and private beach. However it’s 30 minutes drive from the airport and same distance but in a different direction from the City. Therefore there are very limited options to eat or play outside the resort. The kitchen facilities in the villa are not for use unless a significant surcharge is applied (about $50 a day). This should have been made clear in the booking. The restaurant in the resort does not serve lunch so diners are recommended to use another restaurant in the resort next door. The restaurant in the resort does serve evening meals but the quality is not so good while the price is high. Breakfast options are also limited, with almost no local specialties.

As it was an off-season family trip, we enjoyed a quiet atmosphere due to the closure of some facilities and community areas. Due to its secluded location, we only saw a few local seafood restaurants offering pick-up and drop-off services nearby. Food and beverage prices were comparable to those of global resorts, with a 5 to 10-fold difference depending on the situation, so we frequently had to use Grab to go out. However, the staff service and responsiveness were excellent.
