RHM Luxury Hotel And Suite

The hotel is quite far from city. if you want go Korean street, this hotel is not suitable. If you want experience local people life, this is very suitable. I am worry about the hotel security due to room and room got the door and the balcony from the next room is very near. After 11pm hotel close light, no front service and even no guard.

This hotel is ridiculously bad. 1. Walls are paper thin, can hear anything even just normal talking. 2. There is a double door in the room that leads to another room. If bith get opened from both sides you can enter each others rooms. This is a huge security red flag. If you forget to lock it, others can easily just open that door and enter your room. Its insane this is even a thing. And that also makes it even worse with the noise cuz there is literally no isolation to the other room... Absolutely insane, scam how they even got their stars with this. 3. The lock on the door is useless. I locked the door and the cleaning lady was still able to unlock the door with her key card. Insane. 4.. Balcony doors are not even double glass, can hear anything in the road all day all night. And there is a road full of cars and bikes right next to it. 5. Cleaning literally lasts like less than 5 mins. They pretend to clean. Quickly pretend to wipe the floor one time half ass. It was dirty floor all the time. Didnt change hand towels, didnt change pillow cases. Didnt clean balcony at all. 6. No safe box in the room. I have barely encountered this in any of my stays. 7. The pics are big scams, photoshopped, play with lighting, looks nothing like the pics. Also the top pool and "sky bar" are nothing how they make it look. 8. Receptionist took a pic of my trip dot com booking id and pin. Pin is supposed to be private. I had to call trip dot com to change the pin. 9 One elevator for guesta and cleaning people, takes long if you go out at same time they clean.

The place itself is great but wish they took care of it better, room felt a bit neglected some extra visual fixing would be nice

Terrible experience, receptionists eating at the lobby, there’s trash on every floor, there’s no rooftop bar as is advertised, room as well dirty with flies and mosquitos. Think twice if you wanna book here.

Very nice room with a great view of the river. Staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the pool and pool bar were under construction. Swimming was still possible

What you see is what you get Super ganda ng hotel the stunning view from our room morning and even at night. The only prob is they dont offer a free coffee or tea only water is the complementary. No free breakfast but if you are into luxury view you can enjoy here even its quiet far from tourist destinations but this is near in Airport and the staff are kind and accommodating.

Had a wonderful stay at RHM Luxury Hotel & Suite. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring Da Nang and enjoying the beach.

I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The room rates were very reasonable considering the quality of service provided.
