All the staff were very nice and helpful. I even received a free upgrade to a suite room. Really appreciated the warm service and comfortable stay! Housekeeping was great! We called to request some coffee and water, and the staff replied cheerfully, ‘Yes, we’ll give you everything you want!’ It really made our day. Their warm and helpful attitude added to our wonderful stay.

Run and book this hotel. I was worried to book this since it’s my first time in Madinah, but my oh my where can I start. I honestly can’t say enough about our window view, the Amazing customer service, their tasty breakfast and their friendly staff. This for sure will be my go to place in Madinah :) thank you!

Excellent location near The Haram/ المسجد النبوي and the shops. Good staff at reception but very dirty house keeping. Left the room to come back with dirty towels, no clean room, disgusting kitchen, bad smell in the room from previous customers.
الموقع ممتاز و قريب من المسجد النبوي و الأسواق. مستوى النظافه متدني جدا. رائحه الغرفه سيئه و لم تنظف جيدا بعد الزبائن السابقين.

We had a great stay at Pullman Madinah. The hotel room clean and there are many shops near the hotel. Very near to men entrance and have to walk a bit to women entrance. The staff was very kind and helpful.

It was very good, the person on check-in was really amazing and everyone was good as well. I loved our stay there. We booked a room for 4 people but they upgraded us to Executive suite. It was so nice of them. I wish we had Haram view but it was 2 mins walk from Mosque.
