Absolutely excellent hygiene! The room had air conditioning and a fan, plus a balcony, which was great! Personally, I wish there were a few more hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes and towels while showering. The host who greeted us was very friendly, recommended great places to eat, and was always quick to respond to any questions. Thumbs up! Definitely worth staying again. On the afternoon of our first day, it rained heavily. Since the property is located down an alley, many areas tend to accumulate water. When we returned in the evening, even though the rain had stopped for a while, there were still some puddles.

It was incredible experience of staying in that apartment. The stuff was so kind and helpful, during my stay I’ve gotten a sick and felt really bad, but personal actually saved me, they provided me the medicine, water and was really helpful and supportive. The room was also great, stylish and peaceful. They even got me extra time for checking out, because of my state and got me sleep more. Love this place! Thanks you a lot!❤️

Very decent rooms, clean and comfortable. The hotel is near night walking street and the riverside. Many local restaurants and cafes around. The owner is nice.

Sue's Homestay was excellent! It's perfectly located within walking distance of Hue's main attractions, yet tucked away down a quiet little alley. The taxi can drop you right at the entrance, and it's only a very short walk to the property. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the décor had a beautiful Japanese-inspired touch that made our stay feel calm and welcoming. I would highly recommend Sue's Homestay to anyone visiting Hue and would happily stay here again.

We checked in relatively late. We were a bit surprised to find the main gate closed, but the owner greeted us with a smile, and the room's condition was excellent for the price. Plus, its location is quite close to the tourist street, so if you're looking for a good value-for-money stay, this could be a great option.

Actually a nice place, clean and well looked after. Unfortunately we had some issues with noises, other guests slamming doors and when messaging the hosts they were not good at responding. Overall good value for money I just think the construction noise happening nearby was a bit u lucky for u
