The bed was not comfortable, the pictures showed a much newer hotel than it is. The egg at the breakfast was always burned and liquid at the same time. The bakery was not so high quality. The cleaning ladies were very friendly and accurate, the receptionists the most time not so much, but they helped when we asked for something. The gym area and jacuzzi was closed. We could leave our luggage before check in and after check out. The air-condition worked, but everything was pretty old. TV and safe for free. No water on the room, nothing for welcoming the guest, not even to buy.

An experience like being in a pile of ****: there was **** on the towel, the pillow was yellow, and the Wi-Fi wouldn't connect.

The room wasn't big, but everything else was great. The location was good and quiet. The hotel staff were very welcoming. Highly recommended.

The hotel is quite old, with complete and high-end facilities, but it's dated. Breakfast was simple, consisting mainly of pastries and bread; there were no hot soups. The service was excellent. The downside was that there were many mosquitoes and I got bitten. I only stayed one day and then changed hotels.
