Maverick Budapest Soho

It's very convenient to have some space next to the bed to store personal belongings, and the curtain provides a great sense of privacy and security. The overall space is quite comfortable, but the cleanliness of the toilets could use some improvement. The kitchen is also very convenient.

For this price, a hostel that maintains such a level of cleanliness is quite rare. The hostel provides ample personal space, and there were power outlets right by the bed. Highly recommended.

The stay was okay, the hostel's location is great and the cleanliness is good, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This was our first time staying at a motel, and I want to give it a good rating. The private room for two with an en-suite bathroom was large and clean. The front desk staff were polite. The bedding and towels were clean and white. Our windows faced a noisy street, but it was quiet with the windows closed. The air conditioning worked, and there was a luggage room, a kitchen, and a lobby. The neighborhood was very pleasant, with cafes, shops, and a synagogue nearby, and it was close to all the attractions. We even used the free bicycles. I recommend this motel.

This hotel excels in cost performance, location, and service. Pros: ・Room and Bed: Very clean and air-conditioned. I was able to sleep soundly. ・Bathroom: The toilet, sink, and shower room were clean. The shower pressure was also appropriate. ・Staff & Service: The front desk staff were kind and courteous. The free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was very convenient. ・Lobby Environment: The area around the front desk was clean, and I was able to wait comfortably until my departure time even after checking out. ・Location: About a 10-minute walk from the station. There are many delicious restaurants and hawker centers nearby, making it an excellent location. Cons: ・I was a bit concerned about a slight odor from the bathroom drain. If that could be improved, it would be a perfect score. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is a highly recommended hotel as a base for sightseeing.

Initially, I wasn't happy with the bed assignment. I had requested a lower bunk, but they sent me to an upper bunk instead. They said they would change it the next day, but that staff member wasn't around. Coincidentally, I started feeling unwell, so I just dealt with it, but it was really difficult. Going up and down the stairs with a sick body was not easy at all. Otherwise, the kitchen was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and nice. They also had a lot of events going on!
