The room was spacious and comfortable. The people at the desk were nice and helpful. The location was perfect! Close to everything needed.

Firstly, I had so much issue with the manual check in, there was a lady holding an iPad but she was clueless on how to help and have to seek help from those at the reception table twice. The reception lady gave up and have to help me with my check in cause the system couldn’t activate the key card. No apologies was given. Secondly, the room smells, the bathroom smells like sewerage especially strong when you come back or when you wake up. Thirdly, there’s alot of food area nearby, pubs and people just gathering outside. You will feel unsafe at night. Trust me on this Fourthly, the room doors are really thin so you can hear people opening, knocking and talking. My first night, there was a whole group of people staying at my level and they were super noisy. Fifth point, expect noise, people laughing and playing loud music. I was at level 3 and noise was still very loud. Last but not least, there’s no chair in the room:＞ Oh and the kettle in the shared kitchen looks really nasty

The hostel is at a great location. Its possible to lock things but you have to bring your own locker. Bathroom is clean. There are party streets close by, so if you come home quite late you will meet several drunk people. I did not feel too uncomfortable tho. The location itself is amazing. Had no issue with roommates. There is a huge kitchen as well (clean). Overall, great way to stay. Oh, and it's possible to ask for new towels everyday.

Was staying in a female dorm, the bed is comfortable, the toilets shower room are very clean as I’ve seen the staff cleaned it quite often. The receptionist were so nice, they let me to take a shower and stay in the hostel until late on my check out date because I need to take a midnight bus on that night. Towel provided for free, there’s a hair dryer in the bathroom, u will need to prepare ur own shampoo and conditioner but they have soap for shower. Location is very good. Walking distance to most of the places.

The amenities are good, but the room is not what I expected, they are quite small and bathroom was shared (my mistake that I didn’t notice this), everything is clean and all okay for one or two nights. Location is perfect and stuff and friendly!
