B2 Krabi Premier Hotel

Unexpected experience with the room condition, the black mold whole shower room, sleep uncomfortable.

Disappointing.I would give a score of 2 out of 5 only because of it's location and breakfast options...First of all we booked breakfast for 3 persons and they refused the breakfast for 3 they instead gave only 2 breakfast even after I showed my check-in voucher from trip.com mentioned 3 ppl breakfast. Breakfast had an option of only one wrap/roll with coffee while other hotels had buffet. The location of the hotel is far from famous places to visit.I spent lots of money on travel from the hotel to visit places. Not at all value for money...

We stayed at B2 Premier Hotel Krabi for one night, and overall it was an excellent experience. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable — definitely great value for the price. The staff were polite and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring Krabi. The only downside was the toilet door — it was a bit of a hassle to close and quite an odd design for a hotel bathroom. Aside from that, everything else was perfect. I’d still happily stay here again!

The process of getting the Wi-Fi password was quite inconvenient as required to add line application. The suite we stayed in had both a bathtub and a shower, but the water temperature control from showers was inconsistent — sometimes it suddenly switched to very hot water. However, considering the price paid, it was still reasonable as the property offered both a fitness center and a swimming pool.

What an absolute disappointment this hotel was. After arriving at the hotel we learned that there was NO buffet style breakfast as years prior was provided. With a family in tow we had to scramble to provide our own breakfast daily. Even though our reservation stated that Breakfast was provided. We learned that this “Breakfast” was 1 small pre cooked wrap. After spending $150/night for a total of $1500 / CDN - no meal was provided. This new ownership (B2)closed their restaurant but still states “Breakfast” is included - very misleading. No refund was provided when I spoke with the manager. A similar motel next to this location charges $34/night with a free buffet breakfast. Ants in our room and no water provided on our check out day. Absolutely the worst hotel we have stayed in. We will NEVER stay at this over priced, pest infested, dirty hotel again. DO NOT BOOK this hotel.

Breakfast that they offering was frozen wrap from Shop & Not good. They also said can choose from warm milk for breakfast that we never had it for 2 mornings. Their bed is super comfy. Good thing it's near by airport, sleep in & go yr next flight is ok.
