B2 Krabi Premier Hotel

Do you want the good news or bad news? First? I slept well in the comfortable bed, the room was nice and large.. they had towelling  robes and coffee facilities in the room, the pool made the stay bearable. The garden and pool furniture was lovely.  That’s the good news. The bad news is the breakfast. I can’t believe a Hotel actually serves that it was a wrap in a box that was microwaved And a takeaway coffee. The television had no Netflix or prime video or YouTube possibilities. The elevator was filthy. The Internet was turned off at 12 o’clock checkout time, the decking by the pool area was dirty. The gym floor was filthy. The gym had no AC and had four machines. There were stray dogs hanging around the pool area and just inside the hotel Although they weren’t threatening there were no bins or ashtrays outside so there was a bit of rubbish around I had a balcony with no chairs and a hot Air Con unit blowing at me. I also had a pigeon which had found my balcony as his new home so there was pigeon droppings on the AC unit. The gardens were unkept. The Reception staff did their best with what they had and were apologetic. I Think the cleaners need some extra training. I’m sorry, this is not good news.

If you like lively places, this isn’t really suitable. However, it’s very close to the airport. Getting to the attractions takes quite a long time — about 40 minutes each time. Apart from the distance, everything else is pretty good.

Disappointing.I would give a score of 2 out of 5 only because of it's location and breakfast options...First of all we booked breakfast for 3 persons and they refused the breakfast for 3 they instead gave only 2 breakfast even after I showed my check-in voucher from trip.com mentioned 3 ppl breakfast. Breakfast had an option of only one wrap/roll with coffee while other hotels had buffet. The location of the hotel is far from famous places to visit.I spent lots of money on travel from the hotel to visit places. Not at all value for money...

I stayed at B2 Krabi Airport Hotel mainly because it’s close to the airport, but honestly it wasn’t a great experience. The facilities are very limited. There was no breakfast available during my stay, which wasn’t clearly communicated beforehand. And when I asked for an iron, the reception said they don’t have irons at all, which is pretty frustrating even for a cheap hotel. The staff were basically useless anytime I asked for help and didn’t offer any alternatives. Yes, it’s very cheap, but with the lack of basic amenities and poor service, I’d honestly rather stay in a hostel next time. This place might be fine if you just need a bed near the airport for one night, but don’t expect much more than that.

The process of getting the Wi-Fi password was quite inconvenient as required to add line application. The suite we stayed in had both a bathtub and a shower, but the water temperature control from showers was inconsistent — sometimes it suddenly switched to very hot water. However, considering the price paid, it was still reasonable as the property offered both a fitness center and a swimming pool.

The rooms are large, the parking lot is large, the staff are very good, far from the seaside
