Grand New Century Hotel Ningbo

This hotel is located in Ningbo's Southern Business District, an area with a thriving commercial scene. They even upgraded me to a deluxe king room during a typhoon, and the view was fantastic. The front desk staff were very welcoming and responsive. I booked a package through Ctrip that included breakfast, and it was plentiful. There are also quite a few trendy coffee shops nearby to check out, and Yinzhou Park is close by too. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Although I was initially a bit disappointed that there was no ping pong or billiards, the staff handled it very promptly, and they even gave me a small gift when I left. Issues happen, but they were dealt with quickly and with genuine sincerity, which more than made up for it. Truly a five-star hotel experience.

The room was spacious and had a bathtub, which the kids loved. We also received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in. The front desk service was very attentive. The children had a great time at the kids' club and even saw some peacocks.

The lady at the hotel's front desk was incredibly patient during check-in. Seeing that we had a child, she kindly provided kids' toiletries and mosquito repellent bracelets, which was very thoughtful. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options, satisfying everyone in the family, regardless of their preferences. 👍👍 The view from the room was also fantastic!

An established five-star hotel with spacious rooms and ample seating in the lobby. The breakfast offers a good variety and delicious options. The hotel boasts extensive and beautiful greenery, perfect for walks and photos. Front desk staff member Tian Dongdong provided enthusiastic service.

This 'family trip' was actually a university visit with my child after the Gaokao (college entrance exam), so we chose a family room. The room was spacious and decorated adorably with children's picture books, toys, and wall art. The hotel's location is excellent, and it's very clean and tidy! The front desk staff were warm and attentive. The buffet breakfast was quite varied, and dining under the large umbrellas outside the restaurant was also a nice option. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the Ningbo Museum, designed by the renowned architect Wang Shu. They offer complimentary fruit daily, and the service is excellent. Breakfast is also quite good. It's convenient to take a taxi to Tianyi Pavilion and the Old Bund, and鄞州Park is just a few hundred meters away. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor serves delicious food. After a day of exploring, it's our top choice for dinner – convenient and effortless.

When looking for a hotel in a city, the key factors are, first, needs, second, location, and only then, price. It's truly delightful when all three align perfectly, which is exactly what happened during my recent stay in Ningbo. From the moment I stepped through the main entrance to interacting with the front desk and floor staff, their willingness to assist with every request was heartwarming. Ms. Wang Yingcong at the front desk noticed my mobility challenges and my age, and for several days, she consistently showed concern and proactively resolved any necessary issues, which deeply touched us. Employees with such a strong service-oriented mindset and work ethic deserve high praise. Thank you very much!
