La Festa Phu Quoc, Curio Collection by Hilton

La Festa – what can I say? It was truly a choice I don't regret. The room with the Jacuzzi was beautiful, to begin with! And the room condition was excellent. I wanted an upgrade, but couldn't get a suite, but the Capri Terrace Room alone was more than satisfying. If you sign up for Hilton Honors, you get a 10% discount on food and beverages at the hotel! Definitely sign up and get your discount. Most importantly, being able to watch the fireworks (Symphony of the Sea) from inside the Jacuzzi was absolutely fantastic. Also, I recommend ordering from the menu and watching the fireworks from Cielo Bar on the 6th floor – indoors. There's a private room inside the bar, and the furthest right seat in that room seems to be the best spot. I was right next to it, and the photos came out really well!! The bellboys were very attentive and kind. We booked a buggy tour, and they took really great photos! Highly recommend! The bellboy's name was Khoi, and he was so friendly!! I'd want to go back again!! We also got massages at the Hilton, and they were private and very well done. If you want a luxurious massage experience, definitely try it – you won't regret it. My husband liked it so much that he went two days in a row, haha? I want to go back to the Hilton again. It was truly a choice I don't regret!!!

Choosing this Curio by Hilton was such a smart move! The hotel is right in Sunset Town, so all the famous photo spots are just outside. It was super convenient for exploring the night market and watching the fireworks in the evening. The room was spotless and well-organized; our King room was spacious, the bedding was comfy, and the facilities felt brand new. Service was excellent throughout; check-in and check-out were quick, and the staff proactively offered travel tips. The location is absolutely perfect, really close to the inter-island cable car and Kiss Bridge, making getting around a breeze. The price was also very reasonable. Our two-night stay was fantastic – I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Phu Quoc!

Friendliness is a basic quality for any country and its people, but the staff at this hotel lacked even the most fundamental professional courtesy. They knocked on our door before 9 AM to clean our room even though we were extending our stay. The breakfast line was chaotic and disorganized. I would never choose this hotel again if I return to Phu Quoc, and it has given me a terrible impression of the Hilton brand!

Pros: - Great location! It's right next to Sunset Town, so you can walk to all the main spots. - The staff are very friendly and attentive, giving thorough explanations of all the hotel facilities. - Super clean. - The hotel restaurant is top-notch in terms of service, food, and ambiance, plus you can even watch fireworks from there! Cons: - A bit pricey, but I think it's worth it. - No airport shuttle. Overall, my experience with this hotel brand was excellent. I hope more travelers will leave reviews after their stay, as it helps when choosing hotels for future trips!

The environment is incredibly comfortable and spacious, with bright natural light. The overall design is minimalist yet tasteful, making you feel relaxed and at ease the moment you step in. The space is practically laid out, and the details are meticulously thought out. From the sea-view balcony room, you can even watch the fireworks at night. I will definitely be staying here again.

Cons: When I checked in, I was told my room didn't have a fireworks view, and that I could upgrade to a fireworks-view room for an extra 200 SGD, which I declined. Turns out, the balcony in my room was tiny, but I could still see the fireworks, just from an awkward angle. The next night, after the fireworks, I noticed a continuous noise in the room and requested a room change. They then gave me a room with a large balcony directly facing the fireworks and told me to 'enjoy'... I'm checking out tomorrow morning, why tell me that now? The toothbrush bristles were too soft and ineffective, the comb was useless and couldn't get through my hair, and the trash can was inconvenient. Pros: The location is incredibly convenient. It's a 5-minute walk to the cable car and a 5-minute walk to Kiss of the Sea. The Sunset Town commercial street is right downstairs. Any balcony room offers a fireworks view, and the hotel lobby windows provide an unobstructed view of the entire fireworks display. The location is absolutely top-notch! The Vietnamese pho for breakfast was delicious, and the Vietnamese coffee on the fourth floor was excellent!
