Loved our stay in this hotel. The room was really nice and decent by Madinah standards, spacious and a fantastic view of the Haram shareef. You step out and in less than 60 seconds, you're inside the Haram. Amazing. I have to point out the service levels at this hotel. Seriously, every single staff member was amazing. No request was too much for them. From extending our stay, late check out, if they could do it, they did. Absolutely loved our stay and will be booking again and again for sure.

THE BEST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER STAY IN MADINAH!! Very close to masjid, probably 3 minutes walk from the hotel, room are spacious and clean, staffs are so helpful. Very recommended!!

I had a very pleasant stay at Elaf Taibah Hotel in Madinah. The location is excellent — just a short walking distance to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, which makes it very convenient for prayer times. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were polite and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. There are also many shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to find food and daily necessities. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone visiting Madinah for Umrah or Ziyarah. I would definitely stay here again. ⭐️

Excellent hotel. The cleanliness is superb, and the room service is fantastic. Its location is literally the best; the hotel entrance is just a step away from the Haram area.

We booked a stay at this hotel from 25.01. - 29.01.26, but unfortunately, we couldn't check in on time due to flight issues, which meant we lost 2 days 😞. The room with the Haram view was fantastic, even better than expected. I would have loved to enjoy it for longer. The location couldn't be better, highly recommended. The cleanliness and size of the room were excellent (4-bed room 609). The staff were also very friendly and helpful. For my next trip to Medina, inshallah, this hotel is already a definite choice: Elaf Taiba Hotel again! 😀 If I could, I'd give it 10 stars.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Prophet's Mosque. The bellhop was very enthusiastic and responsible, guiding me to the parking entrance, though the parking fee was quite expensive. From my room, I could see a corner of the Prophet's Mosque, and the surrounding area was pleasant, with clean and tidy streets. It was very enjoyable to just stroll around.
