Sunset Hill Resort Phu Quoc

I stayed one night at Sunset Hill Resort and was quite satisfied. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was soft, and the environment was quiet, making for a very comfortable rest. The staff were friendly and provided quick assistance when needed. The swimming pool was clean with a nice view, and the location was also convenient for getting around. If I return to Phu Quoc, I will definitely consider staying here again. Thanks to the resort for a great experience!

Excellent! The room was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. In the mornings, the kids could also play in the pool. It's very close to the city center, which is super convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and I'll recommend it to my friends too.

The hotel is a bit far from the main road.

Everything was great. There was hot water in the shower. The location is interesting, a little off the main road. The service was excellent. The room wasn't brand new, but it had everything I needed, and I was perfectly satisfied. Breakfast was standard, nothing special really. I'd recommend the place; there's a pool and billiards.

I was totally misled by the photos. If you're looking for a hostel-level place, then this hotel might work, but honestly, at this price, you can find much better. Expect geckos and other small critters/insects at night, so be prepared for that. The swimming pool is incredibly tiny, so manage your expectations there too. However, the front desk lady was super helpful; she even managed to refund me for one night when I decided to cancel it after booking two.

The hotel facilities are a bit old. The service was okay, but the cleanliness was really bad. The water pressure in the sink was also very low.
