Kempinski Hotel Beijing Yansha Center

I had stopped staying here for a while because I felt the service had declined. However, after staying two nights this time, I found that it has improved again. The restaurant food was delicious, and the service was even better! Special shout-out to Kayla, one of the Red Ladies at Kempinski Hotel Beijing Lufthansa Center. She was incredibly helpful in arranging the pre-authorization, which allowed me to better enjoy my favorite Paulaner Brauhaus. I'll definitely be back!

I always book this hotel, not because it's luxurious or offers meticulous service, but purely because of its proximity to the Liangma River. It's so pleasant to go for a stroll in the morning and evening. The location, transportation, and surrounding dining and entertainment options are all excellent. For Beijing, it also offers great value for money. If I had to pick a fault, the beer garden downstairs can get quite noisy at night.

This hotel boasts a fantastic design, and I particularly loved the spacious and grand lobby with its transparent glass roof. The breakfast was excellent, offering a good mix of Chinese and Western options in a semi-buffet style.

I communicated with the hotel beforehand about the room decorations, and Silvia was incredibly reliable! She strictly kept our request a secret, and the decorations turned out stunning, creating a wonderful ambiance. The room was very clean, and the service was thoughtful; Silvia promptly handled any requests we had. I genuinely appreciate the hotel's efforts and recommend it to anyone looking to create a surprise!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the overall interior design and cleanliness are impeccable. The pool is fantastic and not too crowded. There are many foreigners staying at the hotel, mainly due to its proximity to the embassy district. You can walk to many great restaurants nearby, and the bakery and German restaurant downstairs are also highlights. Being surrounded by many embassies gives you a unique feel of the capital city. The Liangma River is right next to the hotel, and we went kayaking there with my family in the evening, experiencing a unique sense of relaxation in Beijing. Special thanks to Silvia for her attentive service. This hotel will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Beijing.

The location is excellent, close to the subway, with many shopping malls nearby, making dining, transportation, and leisure very convenient. The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, responded efficiently, and provided a great service experience. Some of the facilities in the room are a bit old. I hope that future renovations can optimize the bathroom, make the vanity larger, and replace the showerhead with a larger one, which would significantly improve the user experience. The overall stay was decent, and I look forward to seeing it after a hardware upgrade.
