Overall, this was a wonderful and pleasant stay. A special thanks to Estella and Silvia. Estella welcomed me warmly upon check-in, patiently helping me verify information and answering all my questions. During check-out, Silvia provided meticulous and thoughtful service, making the process smooth and efficient. Both of them were gentle, polite, and truly passionate about service. You can really feel the care put into the little details. It was a fantastic stay experience overall.

My go-to hotel as always. Convenient location, and it's wonderful to witness the transformation of the Liangmaqiao area firsthand. The breakfast is also a signature highlight with a fantastic variety! Thank you to the front desk for the river view room upgrade.

Spent the weekend here with a friend. It happened to be Halloween and there seemed to be a conference or event going on, so it was extremely crowded. Because of this, the room wasn't ready yet at the 3 PM check-in time. The front desk staff were very apologetic, gave me a drink voucher, and invited me to wait at the lobby bar with some coffee. They even brought the room card directly to me at the bar. In the end, it was only about 10 minutes late, but the way they handled it was very professional and thoughtful. Breakfast was also packed, and it took a little while to find an open table. The food selection was quite limited and didn't really live up to a 5-star standard. There were a few other issues: the shower water kept fluctuating between hot and cold in the morning, and the water pressure was unstable. Also, while the key card worked in the elevator, it wouldn't open the room door—this happened twice, requiring me to go all the way back to the front desk to get the cards re-encoded.

The Kempinski Hotel Beijing燕莎 Center is located right next to the Liangma River and close to the Liangmashao Metro Station. The riverside walking path is very scenic and leads all the way to Solana Mall, making both leisure and dining extremely convenient. The hotel is fully equipped, features a sophisticated and elegant decor, and offers exceptional service. Highly recommended!

Great location with a subway station right at the doorstep, making it super convenient to get around, and the surrounding scenery is lovely as well. The hotel service was also excellent, with a rich and varied breakfast. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Beijing!

Overall, I was quite satisfied. Both the hardware and service generally met five-star standards, but I would like to point out a few areas for improvement: 1. Room cleaning was quite late. On the 28th, we pressed the make-up-room button in the morning, but when we returned to the room at 3 PM, they were just starting to clean. 2. The shells of the boiled eggs at breakfast were extremely difficult to peel. 3. The room air conditioning temperature could not be adjusted manually, which felt a bit uncomfortable. 4. The bathroom sink is too shallow, making it easy to splash water while brushing teeth and washing the face.

This is my second time staying here, and the experience was still wonderful, giving a true home-away-from-home feeling. Since I didn't pay close attention when booking my extended stay and accidentally reserved the wrong room type, Sunny at the front desk kindly helped me arrange to stay in the same room, saving me the hassle of packing and switching rooms. Thumbs up!

Check-in was efficient and smooth, and her service was warm and attentive—her thoughtfulness truly showed in every detail. We had a wonderfully pleasant stay this time!
