Sheraton Ningbo Yinzhou Hotel

Had a wonderful stay, all thanks to Keely for her excellent care and attentiveness. She was always ready to help with anything I needed. The gym and pool facilities were great, making for a high-quality, relaxing trip.

The hotel's design is elegantly understated, and the space feels uncrowded, with meticulous attention to detail everywhere. The self-service breakfast offers a full spread, including congee, noodles, pastries, and desserts, all fresh and healthy. Our room was spotlessly clean, and all the facilities were brand new and in perfect working order. Xiao Jia was incredibly warm and attentive. With such comprehensive amenities, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The room experience was great, even though it wasn't huge, I felt very comfortable. I asked the hotel for a room setup, and they did a wonderful job, even including a birthday card. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. Ningbo is also a lot of fun, and the seafood is amazing.

Great location, new facilities, and excellent service. Everyone was helpful, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, especially Jasmine Xu from reservations who promptly returned an item we left in our room. We'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel's public areas have the most stunning soft furnishings, with a clever blend of fabrics, metal, and original wood. The throw pillows and art pieces in the lounge areas subtly incorporate elements of a port town and waterside scenery, and the color scheme is sophisticated without being ostentatious. During check-in, Chloe patiently explained the design concept behind the soft furnishings, and the process was handled efficiently. Every detail of the soft furnishings in the lobby and hallways stands up to close inspection, making it easy to snap stylish photos anywhere.

Everything was pretty good, nothing spectacular but solid. The breakfast had a decent variety too. The staff, especially with luggage and opening car doors, were very proactive. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

The hotel provides a full range of toiletries, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The in-room TV supports screen mirroring, and the mini-bar is complimentary. There's also a small coffee machine, which is a nice touch.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel's location is excellent and convenient for transportation. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness details were handled very well. The soundproofing was also good. The breakfast had a rich variety and tasted great. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.
