Absolute nightmare! A 4-night horror stay in Bangkok with my family, definitely avoid! I initially thought the environment looked good from the promotional pictures, and with two kids, I wanted a comfortable place. Instead, my whole family endured 4 nights of sheer misery, it's unbearable to recall! * **Extremely Noisy, Outdated Facilities:** The room had two old, second-hand air conditioners that sounded like bombers, making it impossible to sleep. The toilet and water heater were also old and dilapidated second-hand items. The toilet was disgusting; you had to continuously press the flush button, or it wouldn't flush. But if you kept pressing, water would splash on you. The sink leaked wildly from underneath while washing your face, so we had to keep a towel underneath it. * **Extremely Unsafe and Light Leakage:** The door directly facing the bed leaked glaring light all night. The lock was incredibly flimsy, which made us feel scared and insecure staying in a foreign country with kids. * **Absurd Air Conditioning Shutdowns:** We specifically left the AC on when we went out (because Bangkok is so hot and humid, we didn't want to return to a sauna). Yet, for 3 consecutive days, each time we returned to the room, the AC had been turned off! This was definitely not an automatic shutdown, as the AC never turned off by itself when we were in the room. If a staff member secretly entered the room to turn off the AC, it's truly chilling and disturbing to think about! * **Inconvenient Bathroom and Drying:** There was no shelf next to the sink for toiletries. The promotion mentioned a laundry room and dryer upstairs, but it was a mess and completely unusable when we went to check. There was also no large drying rack in the room, nor any place to hand wash clothes. Our family of four couldn't wash a single piece of clothing for 4 days; everything piled up. Because our flight was canceled, we arrived late at 1 AM, and with two kids, we couldn't handle more hassle. Since we were only staying in Bangkok for 4 nights, and changing hotels would mean a 4-hour 'vacuum period' between check-out and check-in, we had no choice but to tough it out with the kids. If you're looking for a relaxing family vacation or an easy trip, absolutely do not choose this place. It's a complete disaster across the board! Additionally, there was ongoing renovation during our stay, with windows and cabinets placed in the hallway downstairs, requiring extra caution. There was also a construction vehicle blocking the main entrance.

After a 2-night stay, I went to Chiang Mai and then returned for another 5 nights. It was incredibly helpful that they stored my large suitcase and that I received quick chat responses whenever I had a question. The location, with easy access to both Phrom Phong and Asok stations, was very convenient. I would love to stay here again.

I initially considered booking for multiple nights but decided to try one night first. Check-in was at 3 PM, but the room wasn't ready until 3:47 PM because cleaning wasn't finished. One bed was hard, the other soft. The drinking glasses had slight stains. On both beds, before we even used them, I noticed some hair on the sheets, pillowcases, and blankets. The hotel staff explained that it might be due to washing them all together, causing hair from previous guests to transfer 😂, but assured us the sheets were definitely changed. However, what clearly wasn't changed was the bath mat in the bathroom. It was draped over the toilet when we arrived. When I picked it up, it was damp and smelled musty, likely having been used by multiple people already. Overall, though, the location is excellent! It's just a short walk to the mall. The staff were all smiling and had great service minds.

This was our second stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to everything! Great value for money! We'd happily stay here again!

Extremely satisfied with this stay! The host was incredibly thoughtful; from the moment I booked, through pre-arrival, check-in, and even before check-out, I received timely and helpful reminder emails. They clearly communicated everything in advance, like luggage storage, entry/exit procedures, and local recommendations, so I didn't have to ask a single question. The service was meticulous and attentive, making for an excellent experience. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

The room was very spacious and clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly. We ordered something that hadn't arrived yet, and they held onto it for us, which was incredibly thoughtful. They kept us updated throughout the whole process.

The room was really spacious, clean, and tidy. It seems like the hotel just opened this year. Check-in was a breeze, and it's quite close to the subway station. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely be back!

The location is fantastic, right in the city center, close to EmSphere. It's self-check-in, and it feels just like home. On the sixth floor, there's a terrace and an outdoor kitchen available for those who need to cook. There's also a dryer and washing machine, which is super convenient, especially since you need to do laundry every day in Thailand. The staff are mostly on the sixth floor and are very helpful and accommodating with any requests, and you can also store your luggage with them.
