Michelia Valley Hotel

The view from outside was amazing, as we could clearly see the beautiful valley. Overall, we had a very peaceful stay at the hotel. Although we experienced a minor issue with the lock in our room, the staff assisted us promptly and gave us refund. We would still give a thumbs up to this hotel for their support and service.😇

The young man that wearing spectacular was so helpful and kind. I give 5/5 to him services. He will bring our luggages upstairs until infront the room. The view is so so but still beautiful. After check out the hotel gave the gift for every their customers. The small flower pot. But it was not friendly-citizens because no lift.

great hotel

We had a generally pleasant stay at Michelin Hotel. The staff were consistently polite, welcoming, and very helpful, which made a great first impression. Both our room and the common areas were clean and well maintained, adding to the overall comfort. The only downside was the room design. It had large windows on two sides, which let in quite a lot of light at night even with the curtains fully closed. We kept the windows open to get some fresh air, but unfortunately there were no mosquito nets, so we ended up getting bitten and didn’t sleep very well. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with excellent service, but improving light blocking and adding mosquito nets would make the stay much more comfortable.

Outstanding place

The room was located on the top floor with a view, which was a nice advantage — it was pleasant to sit and enjoy the view. However, there were some downsides. The cleaning felt rather superficial, as there were hairs on the floor from previous guests. There were also noticeable stains on the towels, and the bed sheets did not look completely clean, likely because some stains could not be fully removed. This created a somewhat unpleasant overall impression. The shower also worked a bit oddly, as the water did not always come out from the expected outlet when switching modes. On the positive side, the reception staff were very polite, and at check-out they even offered a small complimentary succulent, which was a nice and unexpected gesture. It is also worth noting that there is no elevator in the hotel, so getting to the upper floors with large luggage may be inconvenient. In our case, it was not an issue since we only had backpacks.
