Dear Trip.com Support, I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding my recent hotel stay booked through your platform. During breakfast at the hotel, I found an insect/ant in my food, which was extremely disturbing and unacceptable from a hygiene and food safety perspective. I immediately informed the hotel staff, and while they replaced the food, the incident completely ruined my dining experience and caused serious concern about the hotel’s cleanliness standards. I booked this stay expecting proper hygiene and quality service, but this experience was very disappointing and uncomfortable. I have attached/photo evidence of the issue. Considering the unpleasant experience and health concern caused, I request appropriate compensation or resolution from your side. Please investigate this matter and update me as soon as possible. Thank you. Best regards, Aanana Rehman

I went to check if I could leave my luggage around 11 AM, and they kindly gave me a free early check-in, which was wonderful. However, there was no hair dryer in the room, and the shower water pressure was a bit weak.

The Hotel is very close to the Dhaka Airport, so very convenient for people who wants to stay for transit purpose. - The cleanliness and amenities were good. - Breakfast in the morning was also very good. - Did not expect much about the view, but had an open view in 5th floor. Will recommend people who wants to stay with family.

I used this hotel because I had an early morning domestic flight the next day. It's about a 3-minute drive from the airport, so it's very close and convenient. Since it's set back from the main road, I was able to sleep soundly. The amenities are basic, but I think that's to be expected given the price. There's no hairdryer in the room. The hotel was clean, and the reception staff were good. I had dinner at the restaurant on the second floor; it wasn't expensive and tasted good. What bothered me was the large number of mosquitoes inside the building, especially in the lobby and restaurant.

I think this hotel is worth about $30 considering the price. It's suitable for a short business trip if you're looking for something affordable, but nothing more. If you're not in a rush to find a hotel, it might be worth thinking twice.

A very decent hotel. You can feel the quality right from check-in, breakfast was good, the air conditioning worked, and they arranged airport transfer. This is my third stay, and I decided to write a review to help fellow travelers and good people.
