This is a very nice hotel! It is very new and hotel were very nice for my request of early check in and they upgraded my room! Very pleasant surprise and all the staff were very friendly with smile on them. It was a pity u only came for a night.
The hotel location is very accessible, walkable distance to Jonker walk, recommend walking as the traffic lights I Melaka is too long and heavy traffic.
Will definitely come back again!

房間還算比較大，風景很好，記得跟前台要高層的房間。我們12點從隔壁大華退房過來的，也是給提前辦理入住了。
正好碰上聖誕期間，大堂一直有人在唱歌、音樂活動，下午還有免費的飲品和點心。
行政酒廊開放時間到晚上11點，傍晚有雞尾酒，坐窗邊看日落真的很美。熱餐有一些，東西還不錯，服務很好。
泳池和健身房都很乾凈。泳池一直都有3個員工，健身房就純自助。
就是房內設施看起來稍微老舊了一些，電視機頻道也少。公共區域和服務沒得説，一份價錢一分貨，還有點物超所值。

First time staying at this hotel since its renovation. My family and I stayed at this very location before its renovation and I’m glad we decided to give this hotel another shot.
We booked 2 Twin rooms for 3 nights (side by side).
I have to say the service is really excellent. The staff were attentive and polite.
My parents really liked the beds (firm and clean) and had a good night rest.
We will definitely stay here again for our next trip!! Thank You Dusti Princess ^^

The hotel is newly renovated. The interior design is contemporary and grand. The counter service staff are warm and friendly. The room is spacious and cozy. The bedding is comfortable and clean. The breakfast has a lot of variety and the food is good.

Overall, it's pretty good! The location is great,you can find places to eat within walking distance nearby! The hotel staff are very friendly and warm! I don't know if my nose is just too sensitive, but the pillows have a strong odor that prevented me from sleeping well!

Newish hotel in a good location in Malacca. Many local eateries right around the hotel. Walking distance to the old town. Would definitely stay again if visiting.

The only drawback is the don't allow my wife to check-in. They only allow the person who make reservation to check-in. This is the only time in whole M'sia l've this problem. So, if l make reservation for friend, then l have to come together with them.

We booked for deluxe 2 singles for 3d2n. We are delighted to be served ice tea tarik for the welcome drink and self serve for kuih bahulu.
Our room are facing seaview and melaka town. The room was clean and we loved the comfortable bed.
However we noticed that the aircon cannot be adjusted. It was at 25c when we checked in. The cool was fine. But at night we feel hot like it was set at 28-29c. We were too tired to check on the aircon and slept feeling stuffy.
So we assumed that our second night will be better.
But the aircon was also same at the middle of the night. The room was stuffy. I have to on my portable fan to sleep. This is sad for a 4-5 star hotel.
Hope the hotel management can look into this.
We stayed at room 1319.
We enjoyed the breakfast but due to some program, the cafe was crowded and we can hardly walk to our table.
Location wise is abit far to Bandar hilir. You need to grab or walk around 12-15mins.
Overall we will consider to stay here again.
