Very nice central location. Room was so so. There was no hot water the 1st night and I had to shower with cold water. 2nd day I complained and the hot water was turned on. I only had breakfast there and no issues. Room was clean.

Very nice Balinese homestay, central location but quite, with a garden that feels remote. Comfortable, spacious and tidy room, kind, caring and helpful staff. Beautiful traditional setting with pool and air-conditioned room with comfortable bed.

We loved our stay at Nick's so much we extended it. It's a beautiful peaceful oasis in the heart of busy Ubud. The rooms are huge, the bed is very comfortable and there's a spacious balcony which overlooks the beautiful gardens. Not a massive choice for breakfast but what there is is very tasty and can be enjoyed on your balcony or in the common areas. The staff are super friendly and helpful - we booked a tour and transfer with them which were spot on. It is on one of Ubud's busiest streets but set back so you can't hear the road. It's a three minute walk to the large supermarket where many of the minibuses drop off and you can walk to Monkey Forest in about 10 minutes. Only tiny improvement would be a fridge in the room. Think I saw them in other rooms so maybe we just booked one without, although I didn't see a different option. That's very minor though - it really was fabulous and I throughly recommend - it's a lovely place.

Perfect location with great price value Perfect stay for the price value. Simple, basic, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Can't ask more for this price.
