The location is convenient, with easy access to many classic tourist spots like Universal Studios and Chinatown, and there are direct train lines to and from Changi Airport. The room has strong air conditioning and a nice, hot shower. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bed sheets and pillows needs improvement. As for the buffet breakfast, the taste is just average, and the variety of dishes leaves room for improvement.

Food was refilled slowly, and stayed for four nights with the exact same menu every day. The taste was just mediocre. Free ice was provided, but it kept running out during both breakfast and dinner. There is a Starbucks vending machine on the ground floor with moderate prices. Conveniently located right next to Outram Park station, with an elevator coming straight up from the station. Great location—upon coming up to the ground floor, turn left and you'll see the hotel right away from the train station.

Right by Exit 4 of Outram Park MRT station. Don't go towards the escalator; there's a direct lift to the hotel, which is even closer. Once you exit, it's right on your left. A pleasant surprise was that the hotel gets TVB channels. Breakfast was just so-so with very few options—if it's not included in your room rate, you can skip it.

The biggest plus for this hotel is its convenient location, being very close to Outram Park MRT station. This makes getting to Chinatown, Sentosa, and the airport quite smooth. Our room had a window and, for a hotel in Singapore at a similar price point, the size was decent. The bed wasn't small either, pretty much sufficient for 2 adults and 1 child. While the hotel facilities aren't brand new, the room was generally clean and tidy, with no noticeable hygiene issues during our stay. There are also plenty of dining options and convenience stores nearby. Considering the location, room conditions, and price, it's quite suitable for families primarily focused on sightseeing who don't require luxurious accommodations.
