Hotel Inter-Burgo Daegu

Excellent property at beautiful location at river side, staff in not flexible to understand request. Not having basic amenities included in room charges like Gym.

It was my second visit here. I loved all about the hotel and kids loved swimming pool. Breakfast was great. It would have been nicer if the kids swimming pool had a family changing room - you are not allowed to take your kids of different sex to your changing room if they are 4 years old and over. You have to pay extra to use sauna or swimming pool. Other than that, everything was great including food room service - it took long to get the food delivered but the portion was generous and very tasty. Highly recommend for families.

Not too far from ktx station I am travel by taxi its ok Hotel is convenience and has many restaurant and bakery shop Good for family but facility a bit old but overall is ok.

It was a very pleasant stay for my friend and I! The hotel and room are nice and clean, bed is big and comfortable for 1 pax, has smart toilet and other amenities. The hotel staffs are very friendly. A small convenience store at the lobby. Requested for good view and it is given. Perfect for quiet and city getaway. Location wise, not very convenient to main shopping district. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel. As long as you know how to navigate around, it is not an issue!

This hotel was very large and the front desk was a long way from the rooms which involved a lot of walking with our suitcase and bags. The room was comfortable for the night.

I checked in late after work for a business trip and was very disappointed. The room had a strong sewage smell, the bathroom was unusable, there were drain flies, and even the pillows and bed linen smelled bad. I had to shower in the sauna. The hotel offered no reasonable solution, and the front desk staff reacted sarcastically. After my complaint to Trip.com, the hotel completely denied the issues. Very poor attitude toward guests.
