I checked in late after work for a business trip and was very disappointed. The room had a strong sewage smell, the bathroom was unusable, there were drain flies, and even the pillows and bed linen smelled bad. I had to shower in the sauna. The hotel offered no reasonable solution, and the front desk staff reacted sarcastically. After my complaint to Trip.com, the hotel completely denied the issues. Very poor attitude toward guests.

I accidentally booked the wrong date. As I was in a hurry. But trip and the hotel changed the dates. Usually it’s a no show. It was an accident. Glad they helped, fair and ethical they have been! Glad there are decent people on this planet. Definitely recommend inter burgo.

They did not have the aircon on so they told us to open the windows. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable there. We went for an event that was planned months in advanced but they ran out of the food so we did not get all the courses we were supposed to get.
