Sea Soul Hotel

The hotel was clean and the staff were enthusiastic. Even though check-in wasn't until 2 PM, the staff arranged for an early check-in for us. 🥰🥰

I really loved the hotel and the service. You can grab towels in a bag, an umbrella, and even a hat if you forgot yours to take to the beach. The room also had flip-flops and everything else needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside for us was that the rooms didn't have balconies; in the evening, we really wanted to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air.

We stayed at the Sea Soul hotel and thoroughly enjoyed everything. It's a great place to relax, and our room had a city view. Housekeeping was done daily, keeping everything clean and tidy. The breakfasts were good with a decent variety. The beach is about a 5-minute walk away, which is very convenient – you can enjoy a leisurely stroll on the way. There are cafes, shops, and everything you need nearby. We were very happy with our choice and our stay at this hotel.

We stayed as a family. The only downside was the lack of a place to dry clothes, as there were no balconies or drying racks in the room or bathroom. The staff were responsive and very polite.

The sea view room at this hotel was absolutely beautiful, and I was even upgraded to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise! Overall, I was very satisfied. However, it's important to note the season you're visiting; it's currently the rainy season, so the weather isn't great. The picture is of the beach as seen from the room, and it's only about 200 meters away. My only minor complaint was about the arranged pick-up/drop-off. There might have been a communication issue, as I waited a long time and no one came, so I ended up taking the bus myself.

Gorgeous hotel ❣️ My kids and I loved it! We recommend it to everyone for every occasion 💌 It's only 150 meters from the sea. Shopping malls and mini-markets are within walking distance.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights in a row, and my overall experience was fantastic! The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, making it super convenient for sightseeing. Upon check-in, we received a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was spacious, tidy, and clean. It truly enhanced our stay. The front desk staff were friendly and incredibly patient, providing attentive service throughout. The hotel also offered a free airport pickup service, and paid transfers were available at a discounted rate, comparable to a Grab taxi, offering great value for money. Breakfast each morning featured a wide variety of fresh food. The hotel facilities were also top-notch; the gym and pool were clean and well-maintained. They even offer on-site spa services with comfortable techniques and reasonable prices, making for an excellent experience. The overall service was thoughtful and meticulous, satisfying every aspect of our stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

The hygiene is good. The service is attentive. The location is great, only a 3-minute walk from the beach.

The room was quite spacious with a great view. It's about 500 meters from the beach, and they even provide large towels for two people to take with you. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide selection of both Western and Asian dishes, plus plenty of fruit and pastries. The hotel also offers a free airport shuttle, which is really convenient, especially for the Nha Trang airport which is quite a distance away.
