Sea Soul Hotel

The staff were friendly and responsive, and the room was kept clean throughout my stay. The breakfast was also very delicious. Although the pool is small, it's clean. To all Korean travelers... While the above might seem like a given, not all hotels and resorts offer this. This hotel definitely has the basics covered. It's a pass!

The housekeeping team was absolutely terrible. A male staff member rang the doorbell and then barged into the room unannounced, claiming he was there to swap out chocolates. When I complained, they insisted we had given permission, which we absolutely did not. This is a serious issue, as it could have led to a crime if a woman was alone or if only children were in the room. However, the hotel doesn't seem to take it seriously. This is the first time I've ever experienced something like this. Be sure to keep your valuables in the safe and be careful, as staff can just walk into your room with a master key. Additionally, despite visiting in mid-July, the pool water was so cold that it was unusable. Consequently, almost no one was in the pool. There's also no place to dry swimsuits. I'd recommend not swimming at this hotel.

We stayed in a triple room and overall it was good. It's also within walking distance of the city center, which is convenient.

The room was quite spacious. We booked a sea-view room, and you could see the ocean directly from the window, but as soon as I opened the curtains, a huge signal tower was right in front, which was a bit disappointing, to be honest. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the water temperature was just right with stable water pressure. Flip-flops were provided, and most of the disposable toiletries were well-stocked. The duvet wasn't very thick, but the pillows were quite comfortable. The bedsheets had some stains, like coffee or blue ink that wouldn't wash out, but it didn't bother me too much. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and also 5 to 10 minutes from the pedestrian street, so the area is very lively. Upon check-in, we were given two refreshing blue pandan drinks, which was a nice touch. On the second day of our stay, my friend wasn't feeling well due to a fever. I went to the front desk to ask if they had anything for fever or a thermometer, and they responded immediately, which I thought was excellent.

The best hotel of my trip was the Sea Soul Hotel. The breakfast selection was abundant and delicious. The hotel itself was clean and spacious, with sea views, although it wasn't right on the beachfront.

I liked the hotel. The pool was clean, the breakfasts were tasty, and there was a clean sea nearby.

Excellent modern hotel. Its location, slightly away from the noisy road, is a huge plus. The beach is also nearby, about 5-7 minutes away, and it's quiet at night, so you can get a great night's sleep! The furniture, bathroom fixtures, and TV are all modern. The pool and fitness center are excellent! The breakfast here is the best we've had in any hotel in Nha Trang. This is our 5th hotel here. Highly recommend.

The best hotel!!! We've stayed in other 5-star hotels in Nha Trang, but this one is simply superb!!! Clean, bright rooms with excellent views. Breakfasts are amazing!!! You definitely won't go hungry. In other 5-star hotels, the breakfast selection is much worse.
