Hyatt Regency Nha Trang

We came for our honeymoon and everything was perfect – the location, cleanliness, and the staff were all excellent! We'll definitely be staying at Hyatt again next time we visit Vietnam! ☺️

Everything was superb! The hotel is new, and the staff are incredibly attentive, really trying to please. Breakfasts were excellent and very diverse! There were always spots by the pool, and the pool itself is on the 30th floor, offering amazing sea and city views! This is probably because the hotel isn't fully booked yet. They even offered us a late check-out without us asking.

Excellent hotel! The room was meticulously designed, the breakfasts were superb, and the staff were attentive and responsive. The rooftop pool is fantastic! It's just a minute's walk to their private beach. A 2 million VND deposit is required upon check-in. I'll definitely be back!

The facilities are decent, but the service is severely lacking. The staff clearly lack basic manners and enthusiasm; their attitude is perfunctory and unprofessional. What could have been a perfectly good stay was completely ruined by the terrible service. I hope the hotel can improve staff training.

I was a bit worried because of some negative reviews, but personally, I found everything to be great. The reception staff were friendly, and everyone was kind during check-in and check-out. The breakfast was decent too. I'd definitely re-book and would love to go back again.

A new hotel with a great kids' club where you can leave your child under supervision, an infinity pool, and a well-equipped gym.

Wonderful, clean, and well-maintained room. The staff were pleasant and polite, and there's an excellent city view from the balcony!

The hotel has a good location with rooms offering beautiful beach views. The breakfast selection is extensive, ranging from light snacks to a hearty brunch. The pool is nice, but it gets very windy in the afternoon, so it's better to go in the morning. P.S. When booking on Trip.com, it stated that an 'afternoon tea' voucher was included, but it turned out our room type wasn't eligible. We sorted it out with the staff and website support. I hope they'll take this into account for future bookings.
