Everything at Hyatt was absolutely perfect. From beginning to end, it was spotless. Thank you so much for the champagne and strawberries for our wedding anniversary—it was such a thoughtful touch—and for the complimentary room upgrade to the ocean view. The view was mind-blowingly stunning! Also, we dined at the Executive Lounge on the 31st floor, where Emma (Uyen) was incredibly nice and friendly to us, especially to our 4-year-old daughter. Whenever we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile, offered us coffee, and was extremely attentive. A huge shoutout to her! Thank you!

The hotel was very comfortable and centrally located. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. We booked an executive suite, and the executive lounge on the 31st floor was really convenient – you'll never go thirsty or hungry!

I visited this hotel because it's one of the newest and most trendy in Nha Trang. As expected, it was clean and luxurious. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I had a wonderful time. The only downside was that the high-floor pool was a bit cold, but other than that, everything was great! If I come back to Nha Trang, I'll definitely stay here again!

This time, I stayed in a corner room on the 8th floor. Even though it was a lower floor, the balcony was spacious, and the view from there was superb. The room itself was also very large and comfortable. The staff's service was excellent. The breakfast venue on the 6th floor was spacious, and the food was delicious. On the downside, while the cleaning was perfect, many tiny flies seemed to be coming from the plumbing and flying around the room. I ended up using a Japanese one-push insect repellent spray. Another issue was that the roll-up blind in the bathroom was thin, making it possible to see inside from the outside at night. The only small downside was the breakfast buffet—the menu options felt a bit limited and could use a little more variety. However, the food quality was decent and totally acceptable.
