Pipa Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 by Kingston Hotels

There is a bar street downstairs, which can get a bit sketchy at night, but the hotel overall is very clean and quiet.

A year ago, we stayed at the hotel next door and kept looking at the Pipa Hotel whenever we passed by. This time, we decided to stay here because the neighborhood suits us perfectly. Across the street, there's an amazing coffee shop that serves huge and relatively inexpensive European breakfasts. The hotel is wonderful. Stylish rooms, friendly, and responsive staff. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on it. The pool was a bit cool because it had been raining for several weeks, so I can't give an objective review of that either. Overall, I recommend the hotel! 🫶🏻

A very beautiful hotel, clean and new. Pleasant and friendly staff. Good location. There's an excellent Italian restaurant on the ground floor where a DJ plays in the evening and you can dance until around 12-1 AM. It's in a great area with good amenities since it's on a well-known street. For me, it's a 10 out of 10.

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from BTS Nana station. The hotel is newly renovated, with a bright lobby, and the bellhops and front desk staff provide attentive and thoughtful service. The triple room is 42 square meters, with three spacious single beds, each with a bedside table and power outlet. There's a long sofa by the window, perfect for a short rest, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. When booking, I mentioned it was a birthday trip, and the hotel pre-arranged some decorations and presented a small cake, which was a nice touch. Breakfast is buffet style; although the options aren't as extensive as a 5-star hotel, it still offers a good variety of standard breakfast items. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

This hotel has terrible service. Even though it's newly renovated, the quality is really poor. When you ask them something, their attitude is bad, and they don't solve problems, pretending not to understand. The vegetables at breakfast aren't even washed properly, there were bugs in them, and the watermelon was spoiled. This has happened multiple times. Definitely don't stay here.

Highly recommended stay! Pipa Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 by Kingston Hotels is super close to BTS Nana, and there are so many food options nearby. The staff service was exceptional; they even helped carry my luggage up to the hotel. It felt like a five-star experience!
