The room is equipped with medical-grade diffused oxygen, and you can even use a nasal cannula while lying in bed, which is incredibly convenient. There's also a humidifier, which is a lifesaver given how dry Lhasa is. It truly makes a big difference. All the staff are incredibly warm, attentive, and responsible. When we checked in, they immediately asked if we were experiencing any altitude sickness and inquired about our future plans. They even served us Rhodiola rosea tea, which was delicious and helped alleviate altitude sickness. A dedicated staff member helped us with our luggage to our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. Arriving at high altitude, you definitely feel some effects, and their help with our bags was a huge relief. The hotel's location is also very convenient for getting around. They offer shuttles to attractions like the Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple, or you can easily catch a taxi. It only takes about 10 minutes to reach the city center, so getting around is a breeze. Right outside the hotel is the Lhasa River, where you can feed water birds. The scenery is beautiful, and our stay was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

The front desk also offers ******* costume experiences, so you can take photos in the courtyard, which is beautiful. The rooms are also very well-maintained and feel new. The location is also very convenient; it's only a 10-minute taxi ride to Potala Palace and the city center, or you can choose to walk as it's quite close. The Lhasa River is right outside the entrance and it's absolutely stunning.

I initially saw that this hotel had been open for quite a while, but it had a high rating at night, so I decided to give it a try for one night. It certainly didn't disappoint! I didn't have to worry at all about the facilities being old; the room's interior was very well maintained and beautifully decorated. All the amenities were complete and worked perfectly. Every staff member was incredibly warm and attentive. They have a laundry room, ******* clothing you can try on, and even backpacks. Downstairs, there's a restaurant and a car service that can take you to indoor attractions. It felt very safe and convenient, so I extended my stay for several more days. You can choose this hotel with confidence!

The hotel room was very cozy and spotlessly clean. On the fourth floor, there's a self-service area with a free laundry room, which was incredibly convenient. There's also a large sunroom perfect for drying clothes. The diffused oxygen in the room was a lifesaver. The hotel even offers a free shuttle to indoor attractions, which greatly facilitated our travel plans. All the staff members were exceptionally friendly, and they even provided Rhodiola rosea to help alleviate altitude sickness. My kids loved it too! When we checked out, they presented us with a Hada (a traditional ******* scarf) and well wishes. Highly recommended!

The hotel facilities are excellent, the bedding is very comfortable, and the overall cleanliness is superb. The hotel environment is fantastic and it's located right in the city center, making it very convenient to visit all the major attractions. They even arranged airport transfers, which was a great service. This is definitely a hotel worth staying at.

They also have a dedicated car service that can take you to indoor attractions like the Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple, which makes getting around very convenient. The hotel is also very close to the Potala Palace and other downtown areas; it's a 10-minute taxi ride, which is super convenient.

We're at the airport now, getting ready to leave, and I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude: This hotel truly exceeded our expectations and touched us deeply! After our first night, we immediately decided to extend our stay until our departure. We even found ourselves wishing we had chosen this place from the very beginning! I particularly want to commend the young lady at the front desk. Her voice was gentle, and she was incredibly thoughtful, always responding to our every need with such care. In fact, every single staff member at the hotel made us feel so welcome. One morning, we met a kind gentleman in traditional ******* clothing in the elevator who greeted us so warmly. His genuine smile brightened my entire day. And there was the driver who specially took us to dinner, and the bellhop who helped with our luggage… So many small, yet moving moments that truly earned our respect. As someone who also works in the service industry, I know how difficult it is to achieve such a high level of detail and warmth. Honestly, I can't help but want to applaud you all, and I'm inspired to learn from and reflect on your service. Regarding the hotel itself – from the inside out, it boasts a distinctive ******* architectural style, both exquisite and full of character, like a ******* cultural museum you can actually live in. The room amenities are also comprehensive, exuding a sense of luxury and meticulous attention to detail. Although this wasn't the best season to visit Tibet, and we missed out on seeing many beautiful sights, we certainly found the best hotel and the best service. Our group of five unanimously rated this experience as – “absolutely amazing!” We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to return to Tibet and this wonderful hotel again in the future, and to meet you all once more.
