Holiday Inn Express KUNMING CHANGSHUI AIRPORT by IHG

Arrived late at night, and the airport pickup service was excellent. Check-in was smooth, the room was very new, and all the facilities were great. The only downside was the significant airplane noise, so remember to close the window.

Right by the airport with a convenient shuttle service. The breakfast is a little bit worse than what you'd get at a hotel like Atour or Ji Hotel. Room facilities are generally good, with a L'FOUIN hairdryer and a smart toilet, but the handheld showerhead was broken.

The bedding was very comfortable, and the room was clean and tidy. The twin room was also great for families, highly recommended! The breakfast selection was rich and varied, suitable for business travelers, and the coffee and fruit were excellent.

The hotel is brand new, and the airport pickup service was excellent – definitely my top choice for an airport stay! I arrived in the early hours of the morning, but I could still order from McDonald's, and the breakfast was great too. Super value for money!!

Close to the airport with very convenient hotel shuttle service. It's a peaceful oasis in a bustling location, great value for money, and I will definitely stay here again.

My stay this time was excellent; I was very satisfied with everything. The front desk staff were incredibly efficient with check-in and check-out, and very warm and polite. They proactively reminded us of breakfast times and asked if we needed airport transfer. Since our boarding gate was in the satellite terminal, they gave us a very reasonable time for departure and even called to wake us up in the morning, which was incredibly thoughtful. I heard it's a newly renovated hotel, and there was no strange smell in the room at all; all facilities were well-equipped. The breakfast and the restaurant environment were also fantastic. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

I arrived at Kunming Airport and picked up my luggage around 11 PM. I called the hotel for an airport transfer and they responded immediately. I had requested a quiet room when booking, and the front desk staff called to confirm. True to their word, the room was very quiet. I couldn't hear any noise despite being so close to the airport; the soundproofing was excellent.

The room was very clean and super convenient due to its proximity to the airport. The service was also very thoughtful, especially the front desk staff at counter 6 – highly recommended! The breakfast was really rich and my parents enjoyed it a lot.

I chose this Holiday Inn Express for a business layover, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel is very close to Changshui Airport, making transfers to and from the airport extremely convenient. The room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the amenities were complete. The service was prompt, and the environment was quiet, making it perfect for a short rest before or after a flight. It's an excellent choice for an airport layover.
