Four Points by Sheraton Chengdu Tianfu New Area

We brought our little one to Chengdu, and I did some research online beforehand. I looked at a few Marriott hotels, as brand hotels usually maintain good quality, which offers peace of mind when traveling with kids. Based on my itinerary and value for money, I chose this Four Points by Sheraton. In a word, it's 'awesome'! We drove, and the hotel has free parking. You can take the elevator directly from the garage to the lobby. The service truly deserves high praise; the front desk staff were all enthusiastic and efficient. They proactively upgraded our room and even gave us a cute kids' toothbrush set. Seeing I had a child with me, they also thoughtfully gave us a panda keychain, which was a heartwarming detail. The hotel's decor is quite unique, with a light luxury and elegant feel throughout, creating a wonderful ambiance. Our room was clean and bright, and the bedding was so soft that my little one didn't want to get up once he lay down. The breakfast spread was quite extensive, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes. The freshly cooked beef noodles and spicy intestine noodles were incredibly authentic, and the freshly ground coffee, desserts, and fruits were all fresh and delicious – absolutely no complaints about the taste. Overall, the value for money is exceptional. The facilities, service, and cleanliness are all impeccable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu's Tianfu New Area, and I genuinely recommend it to everyone.

This was our first trip to Chengdu with the kids, and I really want to thank the hotel staff – every single one of them was warm, welcoming, and patient. The hotel lobby is a bit small, but the decor style is very unique, and the furnishings in the room are absolutely top-notch, with high-quality materials used throughout! I also have to mention the hotel breakfast; it was my first time trying Chengdu Dan Dan noodles, and I absolutely loved them – they were freshly prepared by a chef, and I had them for two days straight. I heard that you have to try KaoJiang when you come to Chengdu, and the front desk recommended the Joy City mall, so I took my parents there, and it was excellent. Chengdu's subway is truly fantastic, with very wide coverage and super convenient. We visited the Chengdu Museum and Tianfu Park, both easily accessible by subway – quick, easy, and no motion sickness! Chengdu really is a wonderful city to live in, and the April weather was so comfortable; I've already fallen in love with it. I highly recommend everyone to visit. If you're traveling with elderly people or children, I suggest avoiding hotels in the city center. Instead, choose a hotel like this one that's closer to the airport but has direct subway access to both the airport and the city center. It makes arrival hassle-free, offers the reliability of the Marriott brand, and provides a peaceful and comfortable environment. Plus, there are parks and a lake nearby for relaxing walks – that's what a vacation should be!

The room had mosquitoes and bed bugs. I got a lot of bites during the night. The hotel's response was very disappointing.

On a business trip to Chengdu, I chose this Four Points by Sheraton. The hotel is very close to the Western China International Expo City. I saw some reviews saying the location was a bit out of the way, but it's actually directly accessible by subway, which is super convenient. I took Line 19 from Tianfu Airport to the hotel, and it only took half an hour. For my return trip to Shuangliu Airport, Line 19 also took less than 40 minutes. For business travelers like us, having public transport is truly hassle-free and fast! When I went to visit Chunxi Road, the front desk recommended taking Line 1, and the route was clear, convenient, and quick! Plus, there's Tianfu Park next to the hotel, perfect for a morning run, as well as an art museum and a shopping mall. I hope to explore them next time I'm in Chengdu. The breakfast was incredibly rich, and they even had a low-sugar section, which was extremely friendly for someone like me who's watching their weight. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and had good soundproofing, making it very suitable for business travelers. I genuinely recommend staying here; it offers excellent value for money and a fantastic experience!

I specifically chose to stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Chengdu Tianfu New Area, and I was absolutely amazed – it's definitely a hidden gem in this area! Before check-in, the staff proactively called to confirm my preferences and even gave me a complimentary room upgrade, which was a really thoughtful touch. The hotel is located in the Tianfu New Area business district, which is still under development but has huge potential for the future. It's only a 5-minute walk to Tianfu Park Metro Station, making it super convenient for getting around. The overall design is truly unique, brimming with local Chengdu charm, and the clay doll sculptures in the hallways are particularly distinctive. The guest rooms are well-equipped with thoughtful amenities like an air purifier and a large sofa, significantly enhancing the comfort of my stay. Although the hotel doesn't have an executive lounge, they generously provided a complimentary minibar. You absolutely must try the craft beer at the lobby bar – it's incredible! The front desk staff were highly professional, knowledgeable about all Marriott Bonvoy member benefits, and provided attentive and thorough service throughout my stay. The entire experience far exceeded my expectations, and it's now on my list of go-to hotels. I wish the hotel continues to maintain its high quality!
