An older but still good hotel with friendly staff; however, it should be noted that many rooms are in need of renovation. Furthermore, there is a lack of rooms with separate showers from the bathtub.

The hotel is great! Even though it's an older property, the facilities are still very good, and the breakfast spread is excellent. It's located right next to Koreatown, and you just have to cross the street to get to Manila Bay – it's the perfect spot for stunning sunset photos. The lobby staff are also incredibly welcoming.

I stayed for 2 nights at Diamond Hotel Manila during my business trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of TV channels from kids’ shows to sports. The bathroom was large and clean, and check-in/check-out was fast and smooth. Breakfast had a good variety of choices, and I especially enjoyed the bar and the Japanese restaurant inside the hotel. Overall, a pleasant stay with great facilities .

Every time I call for service, they don't show up or I have to call back very terrible service.This time they say that they'll send somebody they never did.I had a bathroom toilet, broken, asked them to come up and fix it.The noise and I never did.And I had to call back like three or four times and they're acting stupid.The workers
