Yotel Singapore Orchard Road

Great hotel with a very convenient location right next to the metro. The hotel has everything you need, including self-check-in, while the staff is always ready to help. It's very clean, modern, and located right in the city center. Three of us stayed in the room; although it is small in size, it has comfortable beds. The room is equipped with a hair dryer, slippers, and disposable toiletries. The hotel also has a swimming pool. The front desk staff are very customer-oriented. We loved everything about our stay.

My friend and I had booked our rooms separately, so I sent an email the day before requesting rooms close to each other and as quiet as possible. Within 10 minutes, I received a polite reply from the desk manager, and they actually accommodated our requests—I was so grateful! 😆 The front desk staff were also very welcoming and pleasant. On the morning of our departure, they promptly called a taxi for us right on the spot and even let us know the fare would be $21.5 in advance. While the room was about as compact as a Toyoko Inn, we were able to open our cabin-sized carry-on luggage on the designated luggage rack above the hangers. It was fully equipped with all the essentials: an electric kettle, hair dryer, iron, refrigerator, and more. We couldn't hear any noise or talking from the adjacent rooms at all. If I had to pick just one minor issue, it would be that the air conditioning was a bit loud 😅, though that might just be because I'm a light sleeper. However, there were no unpleasant mechanical or motor noises, so I slept soundly through the night. The location near Orchard Station was also fantastic. All in all, I'd definitely stay here again next time! 😊

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station and a shopping street. The room is compact, but it has everything you need—even an iron and ironing board right in the room.
