First off, check in took very long when there were 2-3 guys in front of me. Waited at least 15+ mins. When it's my turn, it took another 8-10 mins.
The room I booked look completely different than the pictures. The pictures look modern and clean. My room, looks like I went to the year 1999. I did ask for the room I booked and asked when was it renovated. She said 2018. But look like 1998.
Room has sewage smell. While I was checking, I over heard others also called to complain about it.
The workout center is hideous, just an open area with 3 machines. I can't seem to figure out how to turn on the light at 7pm.
I didn't do the breakfast, but my peers said other hotels are better. So I didn't bother to try.
Sadly, I like the location. But this isn't nice by all means. This is April and they don't have AC in the room. I did request for a fan. Which they did bring it. And also ask for a foam pillow.
Ohh.. I've asked for more bottled water. At first, I opened 1 thinking I already opened it. Didn't think much. Then next bottle, then another bottle.. None has the new bottle clicking sound.. Which is very odd. Do they refill old bottles or somebody twisted them before given to rooms?
