I really need to vent about both Trip.com and this hotel. How did it ever get ranked number one? It's just a B&B, how can it be rated 4 stars? The whole room was incredibly dirty, the room was moldy, and the breakfast was terrible. While the price wasn't high, it actually got cheaper closer to the date, so I paid more by booking early. Trip.com's dynamic pricing is definitely not a myth; they deserved that 5 billion fine. To top it off, the hotel accused me of consuming items from the minibar during check-out, which I strongly refuted. Trip.com really needs to fix its ranking algorithm; it's quite a rip-off for domestic consumers.

The duvet in the room was a bit thin, so it got a little cold sleeping with the AC on at night. However, the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast staff were also very kind. After serving you noodles, they'd even remind you how to use the condiments, which felt really heartwarming! The view was great and the room was satisfactory. However, the room I booked didn't have a window, so I had to upgrade. It was a bit pricey, but the upgrade was worth it.

The staff is good and helpful. My room ac was automatically turned off in the middle of the night. After I turned it back on, it turned off again after like another 2 hours and it keeps like that, so at the end they changed other room for me. The location is good to travel around the city.

Hotel is super close to the west lake. It is recommend to book the executive room that has windows view to the lake. Mine is at 4th floor and can alreqdy have really good view. This is selling point of this hotel. Bathtub is small even compare to short guy like me. Shampoo and body wash are very normal thus those with sensitive skin should brinf ur own. Break fast is normal, just get it done and start your travel date. Around hotel has some local restaurant and coffee shop but not super outstanding in term of vibe...in summary highly recommend this hotel for truely relaxing and get some vibe for work.
