Excellent! It's quiet and clean, and there are a few girls who can speak a little Chinese. The service is great, and I ordered 6 fried eggs and pho for breakfast. The hotel is in the old town, surrounded by old shops. My business trip was too tight, so I didn't have time to explore properly. Their English signage is very similar to Atour Hotels in China.

The hotel is only a few years old, so the facilities are brand new, and the room was spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff provided excellent, attentive service. After checking out, when we went to pick up our luggage, the staff, knowing we were taking a bus to Sapa, even offered us a place to freshen up. They really go above and beyond for their guests.

Good environment. Location is good (it's at the center of old quarter). All the staff is super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast provided in the hotel is quite good and the coffee is good.

We had a comfortable stay at Aurora in downtown Hanoi. The staff here are very friendly and helpful! I enjoyed the spa and got a discount. The surrounding area is very busy, lots of cafes, restaurants and bars and shops around. So it's nice to come back to rest at a quiet and clean hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Hanoi.
