I think it's pretty good. The manager even speaks some Chinese and was always proactive in helping us with any issues. Breakfast was decent too.

I received damaged room and on saying please replace it with another one the staff was very rude and told me to cancel the booking My whole experience was ruined

Stayed here for two nights with friends. The price is very reasonable and the location is quite convenient. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The lift had a strong unpleasant smell, and one of our rooms was located about 50m away from Lotus Home & Cafe as we booked two rooms. One room had a nicer design while the other was more basic, which made the experience a bit inconsistent. Cleanliness could be improved and the service could also be better.

Considering it's Sunset Town, this place is pretty average – not great, not terrible. If you don't have other options, it's a decent choice. However, the restaurant downstairs is absolutely awful; the food is really bad.

Very close to attraction and the service is very tip top. I request for airport drop off early in the morning and they delivered perfectly.
