HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa

I enjoyed my stay here! Though I didn’t get a sea view room but the rooftop pool is one of the nicest . It is not very big but the design is detail oriented! I got to enjoy reading sitting on the side of pool with pool water kept cooling my body. And there was a great shield from sunlight! Pools in other hotels may be larger but you don’t wanna stay when it’s too hot and sunny!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely kind and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, and the swimming pool was excellent. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect and conveniently close to the airport. The staff are very nice and helpful; they assisted me with my baggage as soon as I got out of the vehicle. The sea view of the room is pleasant, but the rooftop view is even wider and better. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of food—it even replaced my lunch! I have a couple of recommendations: it would be great if the hotel had smart TV and USB charging ports available. I would also consider this hotel the top choice for value for money.

The beach was right in front of the hotel, and there were supermarkets, shops, massages and restaurants nearby, so it was a very convenient location. Everyone at the hotel was also very kind and had a good stay!

Good location overlooking Da Nang beach, root top pool is the biggest highlight with seeepung views of Da Nang, rooms are spacious, little dated. Good buffet breakfast. Central beach location to restaurants, bars and shops. Good value for money.

Excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed it and I highly recommend it. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay! It was our wedding anniversary and the hotel left us a handwritten note and decorated our room which was a lovely touch. Everything is fantastic in this hotel: location, comfort, soundproofing, breakfast, bar, staff, value and overall experience. PERFECT!

The stay at Haian Hotel was disappointing due to ongoing construction noise. The hotel tried to compensate with drink coupons, but this does not address the actual inconvenience. A proper solution would be to reduce the room rates during construction periods. Additionally, there were maintenance issues—water was leaking from the windows even in high-floor rooms, including the Beachfront Suite and Beachfront Twin rooms. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. While the location is good, the overall experience did not meet expectations due to noise and room condition. Improvements in both pricing fairness and facility maintenance are needed.

A nice and regular hotel, which in my opinion is very suitable for traveling with friends. The housekeepers were very nice to prepare a small cake for a birthday celebration! It was a nice touch which made us feel seen and cared :) The view from the room though was not the best, but great enough for us as we did not intend to lounge around in the room. It was good enough for a morning view and sun. Breakfast was OK, could be better, but what’s more the ask when the streets of Danang already have fantastic food!
