The hotel felt just like home. There are also many restaurants nearby, as well as a shopping mall, which is very convenient. There's a hotel shuttle to Mandela Square every half an hour.

The location is good right in the center. The hearer in my room didnt work so it was cold and we had to get small portable heater. The receptions weren't friendly

The hotel is right next to Mandela Square, which is a great location. I booked a room with a balcony, and it was really comfortable to sit out there.

This was such a beautiful hotel. It was walking distance to Sandton City and next to the Marc. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was attentive. The breakfast was worth it. This is ideal if you want to do some shopping and experience some nightlife as it is very convenient and centrally located.

Got the nosiest room, connected room to a guest next door who was talking loudly on the phone and it echoed throughout the room. Staff asked him to be quiet but he jest kept talking. We were also in a room near a staff area and they would slam the door all night and talk while walking through the hallway. Staff would not move us to another room. Bathroom was very dated and not that clean.
