From start to finish Fabio was an amazing host and the apartment was perfect for the my stay in Cape Verde. Fabio was super helpful from the point of booking and made me feel very at home straight away. He organised a taxi from the airport and was on hand when I arrived to give me a tour of the town Sal Rai, pointing out the best coffee spots, bank, places to eat, markets and beach. The room was spotlessly clean and then cleaned every day throughout my 12 night stay. The location was 5 minutes from everywhere. The beach, a great coffee and pastry shop (in her same building), supermarkets, restaurants, bank and a co-workspace on the doorstep. Sal Rei was the perfect place to relax. A real flavour of island life and certainly lives up to its motto 'No Stress' - I will definitely head back soon.

I have been staying at CA Elsa since December 2021 and I am very impressed with the service Fabio the landlord has given. There is a beautiful little garden area for if you want to have a BBQ or read a book and chill out. The apartments are spacious and clean. Anything you need Fabio assist you with. There is WiFi for you to use and a very big roof terrace to soak up some sun. If you are looking for somewhere local and between the beach and shops this is IDEAL. Thank you Ca Elsa and Fabio 😊

Very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms and facilities are average, nothing pretentious. The location is excellent, being in the town center, convenient to amenities such as bars and shops. Good value for money. This B&B is excellent for those who enjoy hiking. If you're looking for relaxation, it's not the ideal place.

La prenotazione per la settimana di capodanno 2025, effettuata direttamente con Fabio di Ca Elsa già ad Agosto, ci è stata da lui cancellata un giorno prima della partenza, mettendoci in grave difficoltà vista l'alta stagionalità e costringendoci a spendere il triplo della cifra. State attenti a prendere accordi con questa persona che non ha nessun tipo di etica professionale e ha invece come unico obbiettivo il guadagno opportunistico anche a costo di annullare arbitrariamente prenotazioni già prese, mettendo in difficoltà anche famiglie con bambini piccoli come la nostra.

Ho soggiornato in uno degli appartamenti Ca Elsa a Boa Vista, la zona è ottimale a due passi dal centro, pochi muniti a piedi dal mare, e 5 minuti di auto dall’ aeroporto, camera da letto spaziosa, cucina e soggiorno ampi con tutto il necessario per cucinare, bagno con wc, bidet, doccia e lavandino. Il proprietario Fabio super disponibile, ha organizzato il mio transfert dall’aeroporto all’appartamento e mi ha fornito tutte le info per visitare l’isola al meglio. In fine Mara la mamma di Fabio e la piccola Aurora hanno reso la mia permanenza indimenticabile passata tra scambi di culture e momenti di gioco con la piccola. Se volete vivere a pieno l’esperienza dell’isola SUPER CONSIGLIATO
