BUWAN Courtyard Garden Vacation Homestay (Hemu Scenic Area Store)

Quite average. There's a noticeable lack of service. They didn't proactively clean the room or restock disposables even though I stayed two nights. The hotel facilities are also quite poor.

The room was decent, we even got an upgrade to a slightly larger room, which was nice. The staff were great too; they drove us to the bonfire party, which was a lot of fun. It's just that Hemu isn't particularly beautiful this time of year.

The hotel offered proactive pick-up and drop-off, with thoughtful and enthusiastic service. It was clean, hygienic, and the environment was quite good, definitely worth recommending. The owner even proactively helped us arrange a sunrise viewing, which was beyond our expectations. It was a particularly delightful stay.

The room was quite spacious and clean. All the toiletries, including the bath towels, were disposable. The front desk lady was very thoughtful; when she saw there were elderly people with us, she proactively switched us to a ground-floor room. I stayed on the top floor, and you need to be careful not to hit your head when opening and closing the window. It's a wooden rental house, and the downside is the soundproofing is really poor. The noise from next door affected my sleep quite a bit.

The owner saw we were two adults and two children and kindly upgraded us to a larger room for free, which was very comfortable. The shuttle service was also very enthusiastic. They even gave us watermelon to eat. We also got to experience horse riding in Hemu, which was fantastic.

The room was excellent, a true loft experience. The owner was incredibly kind and even brought us a fruit platter. The view from the window was beautiful, and the shuttle service to and from the attractions was very convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

This guesthouse really stands out in the beautiful village of Hemu. The wooden buildings perfectly match the local aesthetic. The owner and staff are super friendly and responsive to any requests we had, fulfilling them quickly. Truly excellent!

There was trash left by the previous guest that wasn't removed, and the room's drain was clogged. For a room costing 888 a night, this level of cleanliness is really unsatisfactory.
