Thumbs up for Jon! This is a heartwarming hotel that truly embraces 'love without barriers'! As someone with mobility issues, this stay made me feel incredibly respected and at ease. The entire hotel, from the entrance to the room, features barrier-free design: dedicated accessible parking, anti-collision strips on wall corners and table edges – every detail is well thought out. The in-room modifications are even more considerate, with emergency call buttons by the bed and in the bathroom. The shower is equipped with grab bars and non-slip mats, so there's absolutely no need to worry about safety. The service truly reflects human kindness; the staff are professionally trained, patiently guided me throughout my stay, proactively helped with luggage, and adjusted room facilities. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and all amenities were fully functional, including the air conditioning, TV, and hot water, all easy to operate. The hotel's location is also convenient, close to bus stops and commercial areas, making travel and shopping easy. This hotel, which truly implements 'accessibility,' makes traveling stress-free and dignified. I highly recommend it to anyone in need, and I commend the hotel for its humanistic care!

The room size was just right, very clean, and the decor was simple yet stylish. It's also conveniently located not too far from all the attractions. The front desk service was excellent and very responsive. Overall, very good!

The worst experience I had in Chongqing was encountering the front desk staff member, Fancy. We couldn't communicate at all!!!!

Extremely satisfied! I chose Holiday Inn because I used to live nearby, and there's a nostalgic feeling about it. Both times I booked, I received a complimentary room upgrade. The room facilities were excellent, the temperature was just right, and the surrounding area is very convenient, right next to Rongqiao Park. I love it!
