Novotel Perth Murray Street

Everything was great the room was a little small for two adults and two 14 year olds but was fine. Everything we asked for come fast and nice the house keeping was amazing

Excellent service from the front reception. The staff were so helpful in giving us directions and recommendations. Rooms were clean with all amenities provided. Beds were comfortable. Well located near to eateries, Perth train station and bus stops. Very happy with our stay at Novotel Perth Murray Street.

Excellent location. Nearer to Red CAT Bus stop (King's Street) around 94m from hotel. The hotel also walking distance to Perth Underground Station (290m) and Perth Station (650m). I arrive early around 8am and got early check in when register to Accor membership. I instantly can get into the room after check in process including paying deposit (bond). I stay for 3 night and if we pay using credit or debit card, we can just paid AUD 300, but i and my friend choose to pay in cash, so we paid AUD 500 and its return when we check out before 11am. Nearer to the hotel also got city kebab. The Cons : The hotel did not provide toothbrush since they practice reduction of plastics. Night club also located in front of the hotel. If your room face the main road, you will hear noise from the night club in weekend, but not too noisy until you can't sleep. I and my friend sleep comfortably.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to Perth Station, Bus Port, supermarkets, and food/retail outlets. Room is clean and big enough for two people. Room temperature couldn't be adjusted though and toothbrush wasn't provided but that's not a major issue. Service from the staff are excellent too.

I would say hard ware was good. House keeping was quick to attend our needs. But the staff at the reception was too "efficient". I feel like. I answered your question. Done. Go away i need to serve the next guest.
