My experience was great, the customer service was on point. The food was good I can rate it 8/10,, I would recommend it at any time.

It’s great place to stay

My parents had a lovely stay, the room was warm and very comfortable. Easier access to the sauna and a larger variety of vegetarian options at breakfast would be appreciated. Would stay again!

Enjoyed my stay here , loved that they had a free shuttle. Their front desk was so helpful . Breakfast and dinner were great

The stay was good but was next to guests that were loud Saturday evening and Sunday morning. Which made my stay a bir uncomfortable because i wanted to some quiet

Good hotel, not far from the city center. There is a shuttle service to the mall, which is very convenient. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is excellent. What I did not like was the unfriendly receptionist. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, and the bed sheets were not very comfortable. It would be great if bathrobes and slippers were provided as well.

I had a good stay at The Catalyst Hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well located. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stThe breakfast was really good, with a nice variety of options every morning. I also really enjoyed the free shuttle service to Sandton Mall , it was very convenient and made getting around much easier. The only small downside was the balcony in my room. It was quite small, to the point that I couldn’t even fit a chair there. But overall, I still had a very pleasant experience and would recommend the hotel.

We enjoyed our overnight stay we loved great customer service from the Guest service assistant I will call her M loved how she handled our check in so swift, kudos to Mulwelli for being helpful always!
