Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills

Location is good as can go golden bridge at 6am and near to cable car station . Performance at the French village atrium is nice . Thanks for arranging a small cake and room deco in our room for our anniversary . Buffet breakfast has wide spread of food include a small counter for korean food .

Enjoyed our stay at Mercure French Village Ba Na Hills. The location is unbeatable, allowing you to experience Ba Na Hills before and after the crowds. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is unique, especially in the evening when the village becomes much quieter. A great choice if you want to fully enjoy the Ba Na Hills experience. However, the check-in process was noticeably slow compared to other hotel chains, and the waiting time could definitely be improved.

The concierge at the foot of the hill spoke English very well, so understanding the check-in procedures was easy. The bell boy was also very helpful, assisting us with our luggage. This was particularly appreciated, as it was quite a distance to the cable car and could be quite disconcerting for my two elderly parents. However, during the check-in process, the receptionist accidentally mixed up our room types. We had booked two rooms: one family suite for four and the other a deluxe room for three. As a result, we had to swap rooms within ourselves, which was quite challenging for seven people. The location was great for us because we wanted to spend more time at Ba Na hills, but the different buildings made it difficult for the family to meet up.
