the staff in daytime is very nice and helpful when I asked about the clinic and drug stores near hotel. she suggests me the prices and how I can talk to the doctor for my needs. thank you!

The room was spacious. The front desk offered throat lozenges and allowed us to take extra bottles of water. The room had underfloor heating, and there was someone directing parking. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation. However, the carpet outside the door seemed quite dirty, likely due to the high traffic, so the cleanliness really needs improvement.

The hotel was decent. It was one of the only hotels that had its own car park. The bed was comfy, cleanliness could be improved though. I normally don’t write negatively about the hotel breakfast but it was particularly bad here. I thought we were going to be sick after consuming some eggs and baos, but lucky me and the wife was ok. I think some of the food might have been there for a few days.. quite disappointed. Overall, ok stay but definitely will skip the breakfast.

Power outage in the middle of the night, no oxygen supply, which led to me suffering from altitude sickness. As a hotel, isn't it concerning that despite having generators, they don't provide power or oxygen, citing concerns about disturbing guests' rest? At an altitude of over 4000 meters, not providing oxygen can cause altitude sickness and discomfort. The hotel charged for oxygen and lighting, but the customers didn't receive the corresponding services. Bad review!

Our stay at the Vienna Hotel was excellent. Located in the county's commercial center, it's conveniently close to the county government, supermarkets, and hospital. The hotel was clean, spacious, and a thoughtful touch for someone experiencing altitude sickness. The front desk staff were very welcoming; knowing we were experiencing altitude sickness, they immediately brought us Rhodiola rosea and helped with our luggage, making us feel very warm and cared for. For a small county town like this, a hotel like this is truly remarkable, and we would definitely choose it again next time.

This hotel is one of the best in the small town of Saga, and it's not cheap. The diffuse oxygen concentrator in the room tripped in the middle of the night, and it would stop working every few minutes. The staff brought two oxygen concentrators in the middle of the night, but they weren't as effective as the diffuse oxygen concentrator. I couldn't sleep well. I had originally planned to travel to the central part of Ngari, but because I couldn't sleep well, I canceled my trip and returned to Shigatse. I wonder why the hotel staff couldn't change my room to get a better night's sleep. Bad review!

The room was terrible. The price didn't match the quality. For almost 500 RMB, not only was the room small, but it also had an interior window, effectively no window at all. The altitude sickness was severe here, and nowhere else. There was no hand soap, and they used the kind of soap you'd find in a small hotel, which doesn't fit the so-called three-star rating of a hotel. Also, there wasn't a hair dryer in the room. After washing my hair, I searched for it for ages, but couldn't find one. They called and they finally said they'd find one for me. Maybe they think people in Tibet are afraid to wash their hair and shower? So they just don't provide one? Also, the bed felt a little unclean. It didn't look like it had just been made, but rather wrinkled and creased. In short, the quality didn't match the price. Not recommended.

Located on the core section of National Highway 219, adjacent to the sacred mountain and holy lake, it is the necessary transit station to Ali and Mount Everest Base Camp. The hotel has free parking, floor heating and oxygen supply. The front desk service is very good. When I encounter problems, they are very patient to help me solve them. Great! [powerful]

Vienna is arguably the most expensive hotel in Saga. Such a large hotel with so many rooms, but only one small, slow elevator. I waited seven or eight minutes for it to go up, and it never came up. The problem is, there was no oxygen at all. I turned it up to full volume and waited an hour for the oxygen level to only rise by 0.5%. Are the amenities so poor at such a high altitude? I barely slept at night. I slept well for two nights on Mount Everest, but it was Vienna that made me realize I hadn't acclimatized at all and was completely dependent on the oxygen provided by the Everest Hotel. I only discovered the oxygen machine after reading the reviews and seeing the hotel's response, but it wasn't even mentioned at check-in. The lack of a phone in the room was hilarious. The shampoo and shower gel were unavailable, and the breakfast was atrocious. A 700 yuan room isn't cheap, is it? Or is this the standard for hotels in Saga as a whole? Hotels all the way from Lhasa are cheaper, and without exception, they offer better facilities and a better environment. I don't know what went wrong.
