Beijing CSN Pearl Hotel

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and I loved watching the planes take off. The front desk service was excellent, and the China Southern Airlines shuttle to the airport was clean and punctual. The swimming pool was also great. I'll definitely stay here again.

Service: Front desk service is great. 24-hour free shuttle bus from hotel to Daxing Airport: I will definitely stay here again for my next layover. The soundproofing in the room is excellent, and there's a convenience store downstairs. The restaurant environment is also good.

Convenient and clean. It only takes 10 minutes to reach the airport, and there's a free shuttle bus every 30 minutes, which is super convenient. You can also get some great shots of planes taking off, but you can't hear them at all – the soundproofing is excellent!

24-hour free shuttle to Daxing Airport: Great, there was a shuttle even though I arrived very late in the early morning. The staff were very friendly. You can see the airport from your room.

The front desk staff were really friendly and accommodating. I had requested a room with a runway view in my notes, and they actually assigned me one! The room itself was quite spacious, and they even offered airport drop-off service. I was so excited to see four A380s parked in the China Southern Airlines hangar and my beloved 17L runway right from my room.

I chose Mingzhu Hotel for my son's early morning flight from Daxing Airport for his overseas studies, mainly because of its affordable price and close proximity to the terminal. I was pleasantly surprised to learn it's actually a China Southern Airlines' own hotel. The facilities, cleanliness, and service all far exceeded my expectations. We were three people staying in a double room, and the hotel even provided an extra set of towels and toiletries. There was a minor incident during our stay, but considering it wasn't a big deal and I felt for the cleaning staff, I didn't report it to the hotel. To my surprise, the hotel staff somehow found out and proactively came to our room to apologize, even offering a set of branded toiletries. This level of service is truly commendable. It was a very pleasant stay, and I've decided that given the opportunity, we will definitely choose this hotel again in the future. Thumbs up to the Mingzhu Hotel staff! 👍

Seriously, a coffee machine wouldn't cost much. Can you please get a fresh-grind coffee machine? That big pot of instant coffee at the breakfast buffet really doesn't live up to China Southern Airlines' standards! Everything else was great though, clean and hygienic. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was sufficient, and the toppings at the noodle station were delicious.

Stayed here for a layover in Beijing. It felt more like a guesthouse than a proper hotel. The facilities were basic, and the breakfast was mediocre with limited options. I definitely won't be staying here again. The only upside is its proximity to the airport.
