The night view is great, and most balconies face the sea. However, the hygiene was just so-so, and bottled water wasn't refilled for free. There were also rocks by the roadside that I tripped on and ended up bleeding.

Accor's management here is pretty subpar. The room's cleanliness was really bad; the desk was dirty and looked like it hadn't been wiped, and the floor wasn't swept. The shampoo even seemed watered down. The outdoor pool was decent, but the water quality wasn't great. Breakfast was alright. The hotel is located on the southernmost tip of the island, so you'll need a taxi to get anywhere.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel! I couldn't find a single fault. We were given a room with direct access to the pool and a garden view, which was wonderfully green. The breakfasts were delicious, offering a great variety of Korean, Indian, and Vietnamese cuisines, along with plenty of fresh fruit. The coffee was tasty, including the traditional Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk. A big thank you to the staff for their excellent service!

The hotel views are amazing and so therapeutic, making it a great resort but not a great hotel due to the subpar service. We arrived early for our morning flight, but our room wasn't ready. The front desk told us they'd email us when it was, but we waited until 3 PM only to be told the room had been ready for a while, but they were too busy to notify us. Also, the weather in Phu Quoc is unpredictable; it suddenly poured rain while we were sunbathing, and the nearby restaurant couldn't even lend us an umbrella – no emergency plan whatsoever... The hotel is lovely, but the service is really lacking. Oh, and the bathroom layout is poorly designed, and there's a drain smell, or rather, a urine smell. The beach is truly beautiful, with fine sand and a gorgeous, pleasant ocean. The complimentary show was also quite good and enjoyable. It felt like the room rate was justified for the hotel itself, but not for the 5-star service. 🙂

The hotel room was spacious and clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Our hotel package included the 'Kiss of the Sea' show, and registering for it directly at the hotel lobby was incredibly convenient. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety of options and tasted delicious! The swimming pool was huge, and there's even a private beach! There are restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel complex, though prices are a bit higher than in other areas, of course. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again for our next family trip.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay. The facilities and beach were great, perfect for families with kids. The price was reasonable, and for what we paid, it was a perfect accommodation. We'll definitely come back here if we visit Phu Quoc again. Thank you! 😊

My mother, husband, 7-year-old son, and I (4 people in total) stayed here. The pool is absolutely incredible! We were there for 3 days and couldn't even explore the entire pool area, partly because we were out and about a lot. Next time, I'm just going to spend all my time at the pool. The breakfast menu doesn't change, but it's better than average. We even brought our own cup noodles and enjoyed them with a sip of the broth. The facilities are super clean, and the view is truly amazing – two thumbs up! It was a very satisfying trip.
