My husband and I stayed here, and overall, it seems more geared towards families, especially with the kids' pool. However, it wasn't noisy at all, and the beach in front of the hotel, while not private, was perfect for a relaxing time. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of Vietnamese dishes available, from pho and bun cha to banh mi and congee. We were very satisfied with the selection.

Wonderful hotel! The snow-white beach is constantly cared for and meticulously cleaned, even down to the leaves – everything is very clean and beautiful. The breakfasts are fantastic, with a large selection and everything is delicious. Everyone is very friendly, attentive, and welcoming.

Everything was great except for the room service, which was quite slow. The facilities within the resort were a bit pricier than expected, but I was very happy with the breakfast. There was some sand on the bed, and it remained even after housekeeping. It was a bit scratchy. On the last day, I tried to open the app to call a Grab, and a staff member from the lobby came over and helped me get a Grab. He said the price would be the same and that they accepted cards, even though I told him I only had a card. However, when I arrived at the airport, they, of course, demanded cash, and there was no taxi that accepted cards. Other than that, the rest of the services were generally good. The staff were friendly, and the food was decent. The Herring Bar was a bit disappointing, but it was still edible, and the portions were generous.

The hotel was in good condition, and the swimming pool was big enough. The free paddleboarding for sea activities was a thoughtful touch. The facilities were excellent, offering great value for money, but the service was poor. We had arranged for a late check-out until 12:30 PM, but when we returned to our room at 12 PM after swimming, we couldn't get in. This prevented us from showering, and we had to go to a massage parlor next to the hotel to wash up. The service experience was truly disappointing.

The room I chose included tickets to 'Kiss of the Sea'. The room was very spacious, but unfortunately, it was on the second floor and completely blocked by trees, so there was no view. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and the beach was also very beautiful.

Very new hotel with excellent service. The friendly staff helped carry our luggage to our room. The facilities are complete. I will choose Emerald Bay again next time.
