Kay Han Riverfront Hotel Da Nang

I booked this for a 0.5-night stay before a late flight. Check-in was at 2 PM, and when I got the key and opened the door around 3 PM, there were staff members resting inside... I understood that part. However, there was hair in the room and in the bathroom, and the AC wasn't blowing cold air. The location is good, but it's quite disappointing.

If you want to stay near a beautiful promenade, the Kay Han Riverfront Hotel Da Nang is worth considering. The hotel is located right by the Han River, and some rooms offer excellent views. Inside, everything is tidy: fresh renovations, clean rooms, new towels, and a pleasant atmosphere without that 'worn-out' hotel feel. The staff are polite and responsive, and the internet works well. Nearby, you'll find cafes, shops, and the famous Dragon Bridge – perfect for an evening stroll. I stayed here for 5 nights as a solo female traveler. The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. There was always staff present, even when I came back late at night from sightseeing. The room was exactly as pictured. If you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend this place because you can hear motorcycles. I love taking hot showers, but the water here wasn't very hot. You can hear noise from outside. There's a coffee shop, a 24-hour convenience store, and several massage parlors and spas in the neighborhood. But above all, the staff were truly amazing!

Great value for money and a good location.

This hotel is near the Dragon Bridge in the city. I'm satisfied with it for the price. It was a pleasant stay for the cost, especially since I just needed a place to rest before an early morning departure.
