The hotel's hygiene was really poor. When I pulled back the covers, it felt like the sheets hadn't been changed. However, the hotel is very close to Busan KTX Station, a 5400 KRW taxi ride away, and it's also not a long walk. There's a convenience store right across from the hotel.

This is an incredible hotel. Feels like staying in a museum. The design is incredible. The service wasn't great, the reception could be a lot more warm and friendly. It's located on a hill which adds to its beauty but not accessibility. It's definitely an "experience" in itself. I would recommend it.

The most amazing hotel. Beautiful interior and exterior. Great views. Friendly staff. Lovely food. Gym/swim and great facilities in general. I will certainly be choosing this hotel every time I visit Busan from now. Amazing place to stay.

Cozy hotel. Only CLoY fans would understand the nostalgic feel. The staff are helpful and responsive to my requests but they rarely smile and maintain eye contact.
