Pros: - Great amenities, lots to do in the resort for kids. Pool, cinema, kids activities. Gym is okay. - Breakfast was amazing 👏🏻 🤩 Lot's of variety, fresh and delicious. - Quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful view. - 7 Eleven across the road. Cons: - Dated, old rooms - need renovation. - Nothing seemed to actually be happening in the kids club, the staff disappeared and my son got scared by himself in the club, so we had to fetch him and took him to swim instead. - Location is far from the city and they don't offer a shuttle. Over all impression - If you are looking for a resort style break and great breakfast, and you don't want to explore the city, then this is fine, but don't expect a modern 5 star resort.

*Great stay, would come back again!* We had a really smooth experience from start to finish. Check in and check out was quick and hassle-free, and the hotel service throughout was top-notch. The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist without needing to be asked twice. Location is perfect — right next to the beach, so you can walk there in minutes. The whole place was super clean, both inside and around the property. There’s also lots of parking space, which made things easy, and I loved the amount of greenery around. It felt fresh and calm. The swimming pool was a highlight, especially the slide — fun for both kids and adults. And the breakfast was wonderful. Good variety, and I was glad to see Indian dishes included, so there was something for everyone. Overall, a solid stay with good value. Definitely recommend if you want a clean, well-located hotel with a relaxed vibe.

Hotel a bit too old and all facilities in a room is under standard condition for example Electric socket is not working. However because it pet friendly so we can consider for weekend vacation.

The hotel is a large, well-established property that, while somewhat dated, has been maintained to a satisfactory standard. Overall cleanliness is acceptable and meets expectations. I stayed in a Premium Sea View room, which offered an impressive, unobstructed ocean view—something increasingly uncommon in newer developments. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a well-functioning air conditioning system and a supportive bed that ensured a pleasant stay. That said, there were a few minor usability issues, such as the sink faucets being positioned too closely together, making them somewhat inconvenient to operate. Breakfast was adequate, offering a reasonable selection. Considering the quality of the accommodation and the amenities provided, the pricing represents good value for money.

Good place for family. A lot of activities (foam party, movies, theater fitness basketball etc.) All rooms get the good sea view. Worth for family short trip nearby Bangkok

Our third time staying at this hotel, and overall it has been good. However, we always visit during peak periods, and on several occasions the room cleaning had not been finished by the time we went out. As for breakfast, the chef who prepared the Eggs Benedict never seemed to get it right. It was overcooked, and on two occasions when I asked for it to be remade, it came back undercooked instead. Last time we stayed here and the sane thing happened with the same chef. Quite disappointed. :( My boy really enjoyed the adventure pass; pizza decorating and gel candle creation. :)

If only I knew it was Novotel 5 years ago where I didn't like to stay. Old, smelly room, but staff is nice and breakfast ok

The resort is fairly well equipped with a range of activities available. Staff services is great as well. However, the room is not well maintained with visible cracks and holes on walls and doors, but the main concern would be the water quality, which dispense cloudy water from tap, possibly from inadequate pipe maintenances.
