Radisson Resort & Spa Hua Hin

The Radisson Resort Hua Hin was an absolute travel nightmare, I'd advise everyone in the world to steer clear! The front desk staff were incredibly discriminatory; they were condescending and sarcastic because our English wasn't perfect, overtly prejudiced against Chinese guests. The platform clearly stated that children under 12 are considered kids, but the hotel arbitrarily changed it to only children under 5, invoking an 'arbitrary right of final interpretation' as a bully clause. They forced us to pay a 3,000 THB child fee, essentially pressuring us into booking an additional room. This hidden charge was deliberately concealed throughout the booking process. As for the hotel's facilities, they were simply dismal. The decor was old and outdated, the room furniture worn and shabby. The family-friendly and pool amenities were rudimentary and poorly maintained. They market themselves as a family resort but only serve to rip off and humiliate guests. The service, facilities, and business integrity were all non-existent. Anyone who comes here is walking into a huge trap! The bedsheets also looked like they hadn't been changed.

The rooms are excellent and very clean. The staff are wonderful, providing great and polite service. There are many facilities and recreational amenities. The hotel grounds are very spacious and beautiful.
