We stayed here for a longer period, and despite the staff being polite and genuinely trying to help, our overall experience was very poor. The hotel felt clearly overpriced for $800–900 per month. The worst part was the laundry service: first they lost our clothes for several days and even returned someone else’s underwear, then they stained our white clothes. They rewashes them multiple times, even sent them to our next hotel, but the clothes still came back slightly stained. We strongly recommend not using the laundry service at all. The room also had mold near the AC, cockroaches twice, a leak stain on the bathroom ceiling, dusty surfaces, worn or stained bed sheets, and a shower area that was not very clean. Soundproofing was poor, so neighbors and corridor noise were very noticeable, especially in the morning. There is a 24/7 convenience store downstairs and the lobby is comfortable for working, but that does not make up for the rest. What was most shocking was how unrealistically positive many of the online reviews looked compared to our actual stay. In our opinion, the review pattern looked highly suspicious and did not reflect reality at all. After reading the negative reviews, those felt much closer to the real condition of this hotel.
