Hon Chong Retreat Hotel

Guys! The service was top-notch, from the guys at the entrance to the cleaning staff in the rooms. 👍 Even though the hotel isn't right on the beachfront, we didn't regret it one bit! It's just a short walk, and voila, you're at the sea – 2 minutes. We arrived at the hotel around 12:30 PM, and the guys practically ran to meet us and take our luggage. At reception, a wonderful lady, whose name I unfortunately don't know, greeted us like family! We were offered a welcome drink – a coconut. We were checked in immediately; we didn't have to wait for the standard 2:00 PM check-in time. Everything in the room worked, and the bedding and towels were pristine white. There's a beautiful sea view from the balcony (we stayed in room 1413, 2 adults and 1 child). The cleaning was done daily; floors were washed, towels were changed, and everything was replenished. Breakfasts were excellent, and we have other experiences in Vietnam to compare them with. Plates were cleared so quickly you barely had time to push them aside. Everyone spoke kindly. You'll definitely hear "Good morning," "Good day," and "Good night" as you pass through reception. Such heartwarming staff! 😍 When we left the hotel, they gave us a packet of dried mango 🥭. Again, our suitcases were taken from us and carried to the taxi. They saw us off at the taxi as if we were family. I definitely recommend this hotel! If you want peace and quiet away from the center of Nha Trang, you can confidently book here. I wish the hotel success and prosperity! It truly touched my heart. ❣️

Wonderful hotel! Very clean and pleasant, with daily housekeeping. The sea is just a stone's throw away! The beach was also very clean, with no unpleasant smells. The hotel staff were very friendly, especially Miss Trang! They even upgraded my room to a better one with a bathtub for free. Thank you very much, I will definitely be back to this hotel!

Clean room, decent housekeeping, and fresh linens. We stayed on the 15th floor and the breakfast was good. I recommend it. We booked 3 months in advance at a reasonable price, but rooms became more expensive and unavailable during peak season.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff deserves the highest praise. The breakfasts were excellent, and the view from our room was beautiful. Thank you for the warm welcome.

The room is very new and the environment is great, with a view of the sea. The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic, and they even gave us dried mangoes when we checked out. The service is excellent! 👍🏻

Overall, I liked it, but it's located in an alley where it gets incredibly stuffy. The hotel is a bit old, more like a weak 4-star, but it's inexpensive, and the staff are absolutely fantastic. I really enjoyed it, and the view from the window is superb.

I really liked the hotel: clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near North Beach and a traffic light (which is quite important in Nha Trang, as crossing roads elsewhere can be very difficult). The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly! We were able to check in early, and they even gave us coconuts and a plate of fruit. When we checked out, they gave us dried mango for the road. You rarely find such thoughtful service. Thank you! If we decide to stay in the North Beach area again, we'll definitely choose this hotel.
