TTR Moonstone Apart Hotel

I booked the best room, but on the 3rd floor, it didn't have a large window or balcony. There was a small window next to an armchair. The room itself was small, but comfortable for one adult and two children. The breakfasts were edible. The rooms themselves are in need of renovation.

The room was damp and the floor was freezing. The two-bedroom apartment actually consisted of two adjoining rooms, each with a double bed. The refrigerator wasn't working, and it wasn't very clean. One of the rooms had direct access to the street, while the other had no windows.

The water pressure in the room would periodically cut out, making it inconvenient to shower sometimes. It was also chilly in the room at night. We asked for a heater, but the hotel said they didn't have any. We were freezing. The hairdryer in the room didn't work! That's a real problem for women, as you can't dry your hair. The rooms in the hotel are spacious. There's a train station not far from the hotel, so you can take a train to a nearby city. Beautiful trains and beautiful views.

A comfortable stay.

The room completely misrepresented the advertised 40 square meters; it was actually about half that size. The room itself was quite run-down, with many things broken or damaged. There wasn't even anywhere to hang or place items in the bathroom. I'm very disappointed with the quality of the room. I can't really recommend the breakfast; the selection was quite meager, only 2-3 dishes.

We had a room with a large, spacious balcony. The room design was simple but neat. It was clean, and the shower cabin was a good size. The location is on a quiet street, a 5-minute walk to the lake, and 10 minutes to the night market. There are cafes and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was quite modest, but it included eggs, pho soup, vegetables, bacon, sausages, bread, watermelon, tea, coffee, and juice.
