InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort

I had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Phu Quoc. The resort is beautiful, with excellent facilities, stunning ocean views, and a relaxing atmosphere. What made the experience truly memorable was the outstanding service from the staff. I would especially like to thank Tan Le, Ksup, Thinh, Thao, Tue, Nhu, Chien, An, and Nhi for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality throughout my stay. They were always attentive, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. From check-in to check-out, the team made me feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Their dedication to guest satisfaction reflects the high standards of the InterContinental brand. I highly recommend InterContinental Phu Quoc to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable getaway in Vietnam. I look forward to returning in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We booked a residence room as a family of three. The room was spacious, with two bedrooms, three beds, and a separate living room. My husband was disappointed because it felt more like a pension-style accommodation than a hotel, but personally, I didn’t think it was bad. The staff were very friendly, and the housekeeping staff were especially kind and pleasant. The hotel breakfast was not very good. The mangoes and other fruits were delicious, but the breakfast overall was not very impressive. There were also many very young children staying there, so I don’t think it would be very suitable for families with elementary or middle school-aged children.

The Intercontinental Phu Quoc is an amazing family hotel to stay in. The facilities are great, with many childrens activities, and amazing spa for the parents to relax in. The food in the main restaurant is high quality, for the breakfast buffet don't miss the chicken pho!! Definitely go to the beach and watch the beautiful sunset with a drink and some snacks!

Really quaint and lovely resort which is just the right size without having to walk too much from room to pools or beach. Tbh, as online reviews go, Housekeeping is really meh, despite best efforts. Resort credit for meals is a good deal. There is a marina with good local dishes 5 minutes along the beachside walk, which we really recommend. Really accessible via grab. Food was good. Overall recommend if you are not absolutely anal about hygiene.

Awesome resort, can largely stay inside the resort and enjoy. City is a bit chaotic.
